    Constant run around dont do what you ask them to do Ive been waiting several days for a payoff letter that I requested to be Faxed and emailed to me. **************** is a joke.

    Quorum reviewed complaint #****** regarding Mr. ******* request for a ***** payoff statement. On August 1, 2025, a third-party credit union contacted our ******************** to request the payoff statement. Our representative informed them that a signed authorization from Mr. ****** was required before we could proceed. Later that day, Mr. ****** called in alongside the credit union, which allowed us to generate and fax the payoff statement to him.On August 4, Mr. ****** reported that only 2 of the 5 pages were received via fax and that he was unable to locate the document online. Our team helped him to access the full statement in his online banking loan portal under Documents.We regret the multiple steps and lack of clear communication that led to Mr. ******* frustrating experience. We recognize the importance of providing accurate and timely support, and we are actively reviewing our internal procedures and enhancing staff training to ensure a more seamless experience for our members moving forward.Should Mr. ****** require any further assistance, we remain at his service and encourage him to contact us directly.

    i have a home equity loan with Quorum that i have had for many years and twice i have paid my loan down to zero and have received a check for over payment. thinking that my balance should be now zero I was shocked to find that they once more were charging me a small interest fee. When I call today they told me that the over payment check i received should have had the 9.70 withheld from it. I said i paid more so i could avoid any more interest fees. They told me it was their error but they are not offering to wave the 9.70 interest. There response to the issue is they don't care.

    Quorum reviewed complaint #****** regarding Mr. ***** recent payment inquiry.If a borrower intends to pay down a Home Equity Line of Credit (*****) loan to zero, a loan paydown statement must be requested to ensure all interest due is captured. Instructions for requesting a loan paydown statement are detailed on the ***** monthly statements. Our records show the payment received from Mr. **** on 5/8/25 brought the principal balance to zero, but did not include the additional accrued interest of $9.70 from 05/06 to 06/05, charged on *************** statement. Quorum confirmed a paydown was not requested by Mr. ***** Therefore, Quorum treated this as a payment overage and returned the overage amount to the borrower. As a courtesy, Quorum refunded the $9.70 in accrued interest, even though all payments were applied appropriately. Our *********** Representative has informed Mr. **** of the process to request a paydown by contacting our Loan Servicing team at ************** for any future advances.

    Today and yesterday's agents were simply just wonderful. I say this because it is a hit or miss with agents. Previous years I've always had very nice agents. Meaning, not that they knew everything, but more so of the care and kindness they shared. That what counts as service for me and what is most important. Out of the several calls I had to make within the last few days, like I said, today's and yesterday's agents were very kind and knew their job well. I am most grateful. I wanted to give credit where credit is do. Thank you, you have put my mind at ease.
