    Absolutely abhorrent company. I hold the travel agent just as accountable.!My daughter had a cardiac surgery that resulted in severe complications the Tuesday before my Sunday departure date. These complications meant that she was left with her chest literally open and her on life support through the following Monday. I have had the surgeon fully document the seriousness of the situation and all I get is the run around. This claim was filed nearly 60 days ago and Ive gotten NOTHING! I wont stop Aon until you are out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    I had a vacation trip planned and the tour company offered tour insurance with AON Affinity. The insurance cost about $450. My initial flight was delayed long enough that I could not make the connecting flight for 4 days, so I cancelled the trip on 6/23/22. ****** Airlines gave me a refund fir the flights in 2 days. I filed a claim for the tour with AON on 6/2422. Here it is 2 1/2 months later and they tell me that my claim is Still being processed and cannot give me a date for settlement or refund! After I had submitted all of the documents, 2 months later, *** requested an actual letter from ****** Airlines stating the reason for the initial flight being late! While AONs address indicates they are based in New York, the service people appear to sound like they are in another country perhaps ***************! Avoid AON for travel or trip insurance!

    We brought into AON travel insurance when we booked our cruise for April 2022. It was a three day cruise! A few days before departure I developed chest pain. I am 64 yrs old and under a cardiologist care. Was advised not to travel by my Dr. ********* all required forms signed off by my cardiologist As of Sept 2022 we have not received any compensation. Find another company to buy travel insurance from, this one is a rip off.

    Same problem here, filed claim 4/6/2022. Couldnt go on cruise due to positive COVID test. ********* ****** **** offered this insurance, but wont help me get a resolution unless they deny my claim. Its 9/9/2022 and an AON claims adjuster (but not my adjuster, they wont tell me who that is or how to contact them) is yet again telling me they are expediting my claimIve heard that before and I dont believe it. Do not do business with AON travel insurance!

    I purchased travel insurance for a trip to ******. On Aug 1st, 2022 I sent a claim because I recently found out I am pregnant and my physician has advised me against going, since the *** reports moderate/high risk of **** in the country. The *** also states on their website that pregnant women should avoid traveling to 'purple' zones aka ****** in their website. So, on August 1st I receive an estimate of 21 days until I hear back. I reach out in September and get an email 1 week later saying they are overworked and will take longer to refund or claim. This company seems to be the worst of the worst! How do I get my money back?? With this many 1 stars reviews is there a class action claim that can be taken against them? They are misleading their customers.
