    Product made my heart race, told to stop taking it. Cancelled it over the phone. Received another batch at $69.85. Called again and unable to speak to somebody. Has to listen to long sales recordings. Cancelled again. Hopefully it will stay cancelled this time.

    I ordered this product on January 21st **** it arrived within a couple of days. I immediately started the product at least 7 days. I noticed that my stomach was aching and my appetite was subsiding. So I stop taking it for about 7 days. I started again 7 days later is when I realize it was this product that was upsetting my stomach very bad. Today is February 19th **** after taking the product for 5 days my stomach is hurting so bad this morning. I tried to change it up and take it at night but clearly I'm allergic to Krill. I proceeded to contact customer service several times and finally got someone on the phone this morning. I proceeded to explain I've tried to product and it's upsetting my stomach very bad. This product offered a trial period with a refund. He did not want to address that and he told me just to send it back. I proceeded to ask him to send it back where!! He gave me an address, I proceeded to ask him how am I going to know when they received the product. His response check your tracking order. I was waiting for him to give me an authorization code/number for better reference, I didn't want my product arriving back to the warehouse and cannot be found. To summarize ******* was very rude, not friendly, fast talking and wanted to hear nothing that I had to say. He finally provided me with an authorization #. I suggested that he provide customers with an authorization code/# in the future upfront. Also my product was on a trial basis but I have to pay to send it back.FLEXIRON I must say the product worked well after 7 days my joints felt amazing. Today my joints feel amazing but I do not want to order any product from a company who has bad customer service. 4 ? for the product easing my joint and bone pain.

    Ive been a long time user of ********************** they offered me a trial i did not check the box for auto ship the next month they ship the product anyway and take the money from my bank account, horrable customer service they lost a longtime customer. I have to pay $14.00 to ship back something i did not order to get my money back, horrable beware!!

    I called or order one product. The phone script tricks you into saying ok to add another product on. As soon as I receive I will take to post office as refuse in order not to pay return shipping

    Purity products are expensive but priced comparably with other mail-order food supplements. I have not experienced any harmful effects from using Purity brand vitamins and minerals. The customer service representatives, that I have dealt with, have been courteous listeners. I am fortunate to have had order processing experience. However, folks without my business background, might easily be confused when dealing with over-the-phone and on-line submittal and/or cancellation of product orders.

    On December 7, 2023, and for a charge of $93.04, someone in the staff of Purity Products committed Fraud by mailing to me an order of their special green tea and charging my credit card, all without my knowledge or permission. This was the beginning of a surprise to me, a monthly membership in something called, SUPER SAVER, all without my knowledge or permission, and I was surprised by receiving in the mail, a package of Tea that I dont like and dont drink, And a Supervisor named ******** refuse to send me a return mailing label or refund money. Actually *** reluctantly agreed to send me the label ahd the company vetoed it.

    I have ordered many products and had no issue. I ordered a new product that made me ill. I called to get the required return number from ***************** Their refund policy clearly states "Refunds cheerfully provided on all bottles returned within 60 days". I was told by **************** that they would only refund half the money and give me the other half in store credit. Nowhere is this stated and I was called to return the item three days after receiving it. I was also told by the agent that this came from the **************** Supervisor and that was all they would do for me. The agent also tried to sell me a different product when I clearly told him I wanted a refund. What a scam! I proceeded to cancel all of my supersaver perks that I received on a monthly basis, unsubscribed from their emails, and will no longer do business with them. I hope it was worth it to them. They lost a good customer.
