    I heard about a free sample offer with just the cost of shipping on the radio. I called and gave them my address and credit card number. However, after the recording stated that I would automatically be receiving a subscription amount of pills later on. I guess I should realize once they have your credit card number theyre just going to sign you up forever. Without telling you that ahead of time .or getting your permission . I called them on the phone and they said to speak with the customer service representative. I called customer service number waited 45 minutes and he could not find my order and said that it was not a required subscription but a two for offer. He was fairly rude and hung up on me.

    This company is a scam against seniors. You order a trial and the charge your card with a triple order that you did not authorize. You cannot get through on the phone and no response to email. The only way to stop them is to cancel your card! It's just an old school scam..

    Products are great. However, on returns reminds me of the hard sell, delay, delay, transfer to supervisor for negotiation to deny a full refund. Facts, I sent unopened and used pkg. w/product within 5 days of receiving.Getting the info needed for return and cancel auto fill, like pulling teeth. I dont hold call taker responsible but the co.s training/policy.

    Purify product company I've learned about them under a Christian broadcast. These people will go into your bank account. Once you order one time without your authorization and will send you vitamins and we'll bill you for something that you did not ask for I am in a dispute with the bank because this is the second time they went into my account without my authorization Watch this company, they will take your money out of your bank account without your authorization and send you vitamins when you didn't ask for them

    Products are laced with cancer causing chemicals..Under other ingredients, 3 cancer causing chemicals are listed. Research what those chemicals are, thier side affects. As I did.. After speaking with my order sales assistant, who refused to refund my money. Telling me, I had to pay the return shipping cost, I threw all Purity cancer causing products in the TRASH.Mind you, I was a new customer.

    I order a product that was advertised on a radio and on the phone call I repeated stated that I did not want to have auto-shipping of future products or order that I only wanted this one-time purchase and that I did not give my permission to store or use my credit card after this one-time $5 purchase. About 3 weeks later I see my cards was billed $129.14 and immediately called them. They shipped the package to me AFTER the phone call where I spoke to a manager and told him I did not want to buy any products and didn't authorize the charge on my card. Was told they had to investigate whether or not I authorized this on the initial phone call and was told I had to wait (I think 3 days) before they would get back to me. After reporting this to my bank and ordering a new credit card, Purity Products billed me AGAIN $129.14 about 3 weeks later. I was furious and made several calls demanding not to send me their products and not to bill me for products I did not authorize and did not want. I told them to use their tracking number to retrieve their shipment because I don't want it. They did nothing to resolve this even after MANY calls from me daily. My bank investigated the charge and when they spoke to Purity, Purity told them that I received the package and would have to return it before they could issue a refund. After asking the post office to refuse the delivery and sending it back to them, it has been a week and they have told me over and over that they have issued a refund but I needed to wait 1-5 days, 1-3 days, ***** hours, etc., but now after 5 days, I have not received a refund yet. They should NOT have an A+ rating as they are forcing people to pay for their products when they weren't ordered.

    Terrible company! **************** is horrible! You are put on hold listening to their ridiculous recoding over and over. You wait for them to call you back several hours later, they do and no one answers on their end other end! Very frustrating experience! I am trying to return their product which claims to have a 60 return policy. It has been two week and I spent $139.00 and cant get my money back! Save your money and go to the drug store and dont buy from Purity, it is a scam.

    I saw a late night TV ad for ****** by Purity Products and I decided to try it. I responded to the ad which as a part of requesting customer data asked for debit card info. There was a disclaimer that cancellation had to be made within a week of order date. I have multiple text messages from Purity Products announcing that delivery had been delayed, which ate into the time for testing the product. I received the sample bottle and started using the product After a few days I reached the conclusion that I did not want to move ahead with repeat business with Purity Products and wrote to cancel. The following day I had difficulty with balance in my checking account and research revealed that Purity Products had charged me $202.04. I wrote demanding a reversal of this transaction by 9 am Eastern on Monday, December 23, 2024. There has been no such reversal. I see that Purity Products has BBB Accreditation and in my opinion they don't deserve it.

    Terrible company! Ordered and paid for a sample of My Bladder and didn't realize that they automatically sign you up for replacement products. Tried the My Bladder sample which didn't work for me. Eventually a package arrived late on Friday 11/22 and I opened the box and found three bottels of MY Bladder which I had not ordered and didn't need. I checked with my bank the next day , and they had the invoice of $147.65, but couldn't stop payment until the product was retuned. I called Purity ProductsI Saturday 11/23 and Sunday 11/24, but apparently they were not there or not answering the phone. However, I was billed the $147.65 which my bank paid before the payment could be stopped. I called Monday 11/25 and spoke to someone in customer service who agreed to take the product back and would confirm that in an e-mail and would also send me a code to return the product at no charge, but as of a week later the e-mail never came. I then contacted them a second time ( following a Thanksgiving trip ) on Tuesday 12/3 and talked to someone else in customer service who indicated the same response and would confirm in an e-mail which again never came. I contacted them again today (12/5 ) and that customer service person gave me the complete run around and indicated all the previous info / promises weren't valid, but said I could return the three bottles if I paid them $10 with no free shipping as previously promised. I asked too speak to her supervisor who eventually came on the phone after about a 20 minute wait. He was apologetic and said he'd forward an e-mail with the info code I needed to return the product free and would reverse the charge to my bank. Neither has occurred yet, but take note of my negative experience and the horrible reviews with the BBB ( 1.71 / 5.0 ). Beware!
