    If you order from them you will most likely find yourself signed up for a subscription where they keep charging you and sending you their products. And good luck if you want to cancel. A company with integrity would not pull dirty tricks to make it hard for a customer to do that but ******************** does. First of all you cannot turn off or end your subscription using their website (but you can change your order or order products easily). To turn off your subscription they make you call customer service. I sat on hold for an hour and finally gave up. They have a different toll free number to place an order and someone picks up that phone immediately. Purity Products has no integrity even though when you sit on hold for an hour you will hear them say they do over and over! Do Not do business with Purity Products, there are better ethical suppliers!

    On 8-30-22, I ordered one bottle of My Biotin from Purity Products, at a special discount of $22.24. I made certain that I wasn't allergic, then ordered 2 bottles from ***********.com and got a cheaper price than Purity Products' reg. price. Capsules from both companies were SMALL LAVENDER colored capsules. *********** was out of stock when I tried to reorder, so I ordered a bottle from ****. The capsules I received were LARGER, and a TAN color. I called Customer Service at Purity Products and after an hour, I finally, got to speak with Charles. I asked him what color the capsules are supposed to be. He checked and told me that they are LAVENDER, so I sent back the **** bottle, thinking it was counterfeit. Now, I'm seeing Internet ads and infomercial videos showing the larger tan colored capsules! I still have my bottle from Purity Products and the ingredients list doe NOT contain astaxanthin and the bottle has a hot pink band, instead of turquoise, on the front. .I believe that I received either an OLD version, or a COUNTERFEIT version. I'd like to know what Purity Products has to say now, about the lavender capsules. I'm requesting a refund. My order number was ********. I don't have money to throw away. The product did nothing for me. Don't trust Purity Products!!!

One with the ingredient Astaxanthin called MyBiotin ProClinical & the other without Astaxanthin called MyBiotin. The two products are different in color and size. One bottle holds a turquoise band around the bottle and the other a hot pink band.     IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! MY GRANDMOTHER PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AND STRICTLY TOLD THE MAN THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TO SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCTIPTION AND TO NOT KEEP HER CARD ON FILE! WELL THEY DID EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE BECAUSE YESTERDAY SHE RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH 4 BOTTLES AND AN INVOICE OF $134.62!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM! I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES. ONCE YESTERDAY WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A CALL FROM A "MANAGER" WHITHN 24 HOURS, ITS NOW BEEN 22 HOURS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I CALLED TWICE JUST NOW, AND CS REP HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL CONTACT HER BANK AND WILL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE! THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY MAKES THEIR MONEY! FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE.

    No integrity! They delay shipment so that you will have no experience with the product before they ship the next $66 subscription. They say all the right things - they don't mean it! I expect them to ship even after getting a - cancellation number. Should this happen I will report to ******************* and State Attorney General of the ***** Don't try to call them. Automated messages says 22 min wait but after 40+ minutes - still on hold. They want to call you back on their time frame. Could not Cancel on line - that is a come on too. When they do call back they want 5 minutes to answer questions. Awful Awful Awful. Not a reputable business - would not take the product - stay away from them.

    I was told that it was easy to update/ change super ********** ship orders on line or simply by calling customer service. Neither option has worked. I started my online account and all I could do was order more products. I have called 3 times now and cant get a live person. I sent an email and have not heard back. This is a scam if I have ever seen one.
