    This a scam company that is trying to play middle man between the actual customer and the actual independently owned dumpster services. I wrote a review on ****** for thier business which highlighted the various negative things this company put us through along with the customer, and they harassed us and threatened us that if we didn't take down our negative review, they would take back the money somehow. It's a company out of ******** which has no equipment, they call up small businesses and quote the dumpster business one thing and the customer another. Do not do any business with this company. They have countless negative reviews on every platform.

    BEWARE!!! !!!Worst company to work with ever and they are a SCAM company!!!It started off good initially but all they did was lie to me the whole time and gave me the run around constantly. They promised me a dumpster delivery on a specific date and when that date came they acted like they had idea what was going on. They try to redirect to the manager 4 times, his was supposedly *******, and I wasnt able to get a hold of him for four hours. I had my crew lined up for a $8 Million Dollar project, already prepaid to start demolition but the lies told about the delivery of the dumpsters set everything back and my team is sitting duck wondering whats going on. This delay ended up causing me to lose my project because the clients didnt believe me that the dumpster company is the one that messed everything up. This wouldve never happened if the company was just honest and transparent but theyre a SCAM company trying to hustle people out of your money!!!! Please do not work with these guys!!!

    Over charged and terrible customer service taking advanage of people !! charged me ******** for removing the dumpster 10x10 yard that I told them what I was loading mix and they charged me for the guy to come back also under a ton they charged me more did not get the weight of the dumster and still waiting for the proof how much it weighs calling several times giving different people can not get a striaght answer this started june 16th and still no proof of dumpster weight been trying to dispute terrible company

    Don't use them . They charged for sending a truck too big to deliver yet my alley has a missing garage directly behind me and it could have delivered it. I asked for a pick up on July 5; they didn't come I requested 2 more times had to threaten them with charging the. Storage and the picked it up finally. All with harassing me everyday with texts for more money. Now today it's overweight. I said it was all household stuff and it was. There is no way it was overweight. This company shouldn't be in business. Alot of my weight was clothes cardboard a few pieces of cheap pressboard furniture and 1 real nightstand. Impossible to be overweight.

    I called and found them. They told me they have a dumpster to me by 10 oclock that morning I was like really OK we went with them. They took our $770 and then we didnt hear from them all that day till the next day about the end of the day I called them and they said it wouldnt be here till the following day. By then I already got a dumpster. Im a contractor I had subs come in to demo and work theres no waiting around I wouldve went with him if they wouldnt promise me they have it out there at 10 oclock in the morning. well I tried to get my money back and they kept the $250 Early cancellation fee. I had to go to my bank to get it back. I think I was scammed they had no intention on sending out a dumpster. I think they did it just to try to steal that $250 early cancellation fee even though the lady told me when I talk to her that it was their fault they didnt provide the dumpster in time Id be a full refund even if the expedited Dumpster fee that I paid on top and get all my fees back and then they just gave me 527 of it total scam. I will never use anybody that isnt local ever again I had no idea when I was calling for a dumpster in ********** Im finding somebody in ******** what is scam should should be allowed

    Worst service ever! I paid this company and they never paid ******************** they hired to do my work so I had to turn around and pay the dumpster company so they wouldnt unload on my property! Find your own local company and not this second hand company!!

    I called to get a dumpster for a whole house clean out. Thought I would need longer than I did and the guy said if I didn't need for full 21 days it would be prorated. I would only be charged for the days i needed. I only had for 3 days. I expected to be charged for 7 days anyway. Charged me for full 21 days. They will not prorate.. also was told i could dispose of mattresses just not aerosol cans, electronics and refrigerators and freezers needed to be rid of freon. They billed me an extra 210 for 4 mattresses. They are a rip off. Would not recommend to anyone.

    DO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The level of customer service is deplorable. When I call to complain about their services. Someone claiming to be the owner was highly unprofessional. He answered the phone, Hello so you called my company for services and now want to cancel because you're not satisfied with the services. Good Luck with getting a refund.. I was charged $395 for a single unit port potty. This company is in the right business because they are truly full of Sugar Honey Ice Tea!!!

    BE VERY CAREFUL, THIS COMPANY CAN LIE TO YOU EVEN ABOUT ITS SERVICES AND *****S, AS LONG AS YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT, I RENT A PORTABLE BATHROOM THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ***** WOULD COST $304, WHICH INCLUDED THE DELIVERY CHARGE, AND FOR THAT REASON THAT WAS THE ****** THEY TALL ME THAT THE SECOND ***** SUPPOSE TO BE CHEAPER, THE ***** NEVER CHANGED.

    Terrible **************** and ruined my property trying to take the dumpster away. Then charged me overage charge when it was because of them I had the overage charge. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not respond to any emails or calls. Very upset with them.
