  Ultimate dumpsters said one price and then charge me second price with out telling me they are the worse company and I will never use this company again and the dont have their own dumpsters they use other companies and they are difficult to get a hold of I was on hold for 20 to25 minutes just to hear they hang up on me bad customer service and not clear on service and price

  I wish I could give them a zero rating, but my words will suffice. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.... I had two dumpsters one was completely full my concern wasn't if I was to be charged an overage, it was how much overage a ton is???? if one ton is 2000 pounds than why is 4.57 an overage??? Wouldn't that be 1457 tons, anyway I paid the overage without them even sending me an invoice or a picture of the overage. The second dumpster not even 1/2 full they say Im over again, but this time wouldn't leave my credit card # with them because they pulled the money the first time and gave me no info. So now the game begins they want me to pay an additional $187.43 for another overage they sent me no information, no invoice, no picture. Well this time I fight; to small claims court I go. Even if I lose it's ok. I have all the time in the world as I am retired, will sit in the court with my sandwich and watch the show.

  This company insisted that I go with them. I did not agree with the price and instead said thank you and hung up. They called me back and said we can do better on the price. So I went with them, paid my bill, signed my paperwork and was very happy...until the day it was due to arrive. I reached out asking if they had an approximate time so that we could be ready for the delivery. They text me to tell me my order had been canceled. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do because they were over booked on orders. So the Friday before my event, I am now out of a unit for my guests as well as time to even go with someone else. When I called, they had zero empathy, and basically just kept me on hold till I hung up. Terrible business. I too wish I would have known about all the bad reviews before I agreed.

  Very rude and not transparent with pricing or anything of the sort. They will bill you incorrectly and not do anything to sort it out. *****!

  This company is a scam! I ordered a 30 yard dumpster on 11/21/2024 for my husband, which the price I was given $750.00 was billed the same day. I requested a pick up on 11/25/24 when they got there, they called and stated the dumpster was overweight and removed half the amount of stuff from the dumpster and put it in the driveway, which didn't make any sense at all. My husband went there and took photos of the amount of stuff left behind and had to hire someone else to take the stuff that was left behind. I called customer service to complain and they said to email the photos and no one called me back. On 11/27 they went and change my card an additional $645.00 for over tonnage without notifying me, when I called and requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told no supervisor was there, but she stated she could put in a ticket for a supervisor to follow up and no one did. Instead I got a email receipt for the charge saying the dumpster was 4.10 tons over which is a LIE. There is no way possible because the stuff that was left behind was 3.43 tons because we asked the second ****** for a copy of the receipt from the dumpster. This is a straight scam the receipt that was emailed to me showing the overweight was under a different name ******************* with no date, no time, just the weight. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER... HORRIBLE SERVICE... DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED... THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. No wonder they got a F RATING, I wish I had known that before.

  10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Leaving absolutely ZERO stars. (Even the Better Business Bureau has them graded as a **************** and its employees are COMPLETELY unprofessional. **************** is COMPLETELY unprofessional. We ordered a dumpster for ONE week and it was not delivered when it was supposed to be. We had to call multiple times trying to get an answer on delivery. We finally get a delivery then 2 weeks goes by and the dumpster was still our yard. SEVERAL calls were made over SEVERAL days and we kept getting the run around. Youre on the list of pick up today with no pickup. I was also told on the phone that there would be no extra charges for their own mistake of not picking up the dumpster. I am very curious to see what kind of fraudulent charges will appear on credit card statements due to this and what actions I may need to take. Like many others, I was also hung up on after the operator was VERY unprofessional and rude. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  I signed up for a dumpster on a Friday and cancelled the morning of the very next business day Monday because they kept giving me different info about what could be in the dumpster once I cancelled they would not discuss my refund of ****** they either disconnect or put me on indefinite hold. I should have done my research to see how bad this company is, apparently there's some clause in the contract that my bank can't even dispute the **** debit charge what a scam company that can get your money never deliver the product and never refund your money. Watch out for them

  Beware of this company is a big time Scam, once you return the dumpsters they will make up excuses to charge your card extra money, I was charged $500 extra. and their excuse was and I quote "there was dart with the dumpsters" that I return to them, i rented the dumpsters for concrete so when the concrete were plow from ground there might have some dirt went inside with concrete, am I suppose to wash the concrete that's coming from the ground with concrete? does it even make sense? for that they charge me a mixed load fee of $500, I have all conversation saved, I am suing this company in court. Stay away from this thieves....

  Horrible horrible service. DO NOT CONTACT!!!! Their service is terrible!!!!! Delayed timing. They say one thing and do another. When you call and they dont like what you say they hang up on you!!! Do not recommend 1000%

  They are s fraud. I filled the dumpster a little less than half way. They are saying it was over weight and trying to charge me extra 200 bucks. I've asked for a idomized copy of the bill they say no a copy of how much it weighed no. I live in ****** the dumpster is from ****** why is a company in ** So the company in ****** says it's not them and I call them in ** no one answers the phone.if you try to order a new dumpster they pick right up seems like there doing nothing about it.
