  This company is terrible. What the sales guys sell you versus what you pay for are 2 totally different things. They are out to s**** you if they get a chance!!!! They hide behind "you singed a contract" Ridiculous!!!! Never use them!!!!!! They're not even worth 1 star

  THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY! DO NOT USE! THEY ARE GREAT AT CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD PROMPTLYM AND THAT IS ALL THEY ARE GOOD AT. THEY DO NOT DELIVER DUMPSTERS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL...THERE IS NO ONE THAT YOU CAN CALL THAT WON'T LIE TO YOU OR HANG UP ON YOU. I REQUESTED PICK UP FOR THEIR DUMPSTER ON 5/21/24 AND IT IS 5/29/24 AND THE DUMPSTER STILL HAS YET TO BE PICKED UP. WHEN I CALL THEY HANG UP ON ME. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $55 A DAY FOR KEEPING DUMPSTER AFTER THE 7 DAYS YOU PAY FOR, THEIR CONTRACT SAYS ***** HRS TO PICK UP AFTER YOU CALL WELL ITS CLEARLY BEEN OVER THAT AND STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE DUMPSTER WILL BE PICKED UP. I TOLD THEM I WOULD CHARGE THEM $55 PER DAY FOR STORING THEIR DUMPSTER AND OFCOURSE THEY NOT ONLY SAID THEY WOULDNT PAY...THEY HUNG UP. NOW WHEN I TRY TO CALL I JUST GET HUNG UP ON. I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS A 3RD PARTY BROKER I THOUGHT I WAS CALLING A LOCAL DUMPSTER CO....SO BEWARE OF THAT IF YOU COME ACROSS ULTIMATE DUMPSTER IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! I HAD TO SELECT A STAR RATING TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

  DO NOT USE, this a 3rd party vendor. Worst company ever! First dumpster came as expected. I called to get it emptied and returned. That's where the nightmare started. The order status stayed at "Processing" for 6 days. I called multiple times. Nobody could tell me what's going on. **************** (CS) said it would be delivered that day or we will call you. No dumpster, No Call. Next call CS forward the call to dispatch, dispatch says "let me check the status".... and hangs up. CS reps give me their extension numbers to call if the dumpster doesn't arrive or nobodies calls you back with a status. None of them every answered their extension. This went on for 6 days. Around day 4 or 5 a driver came a took the full dumpster, but said "his order says pick up this dumpster, empty, and deliver to another address". Finally canceled the order after 7 days. Astonishingly they processed the cancelation in one day. However, we'll see they charges are refunded of the credit card.What I figured out is, they use local dumpster companies to full fill your order. If the local company has other things going on, you wait. Which is fine, if Ultimate Dumpster would tell you or be slightly more transparent.I was fooled into believing this was a local company. I found the company on ******* I had a different name "American Dumpster" but had a local address, local phone number, and said locally owned. When I called it went directly to Ultimate Dumpster.... And when I drove by no office...

  NEVER AGAIN !!!I ordered and PAID for a 10 yard roll-off container! They delivered a 7 yard, on a trailer with wheels and wood side rails on 3 sides. Set a barrier with LARGE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS, the barrier was moved by them and parked where they wanted it. Called immediately to get what I ordered and was told pretty much to DEAL WITH IT.....NO REFUND. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

  They lied to us and scammed us! They never mentioned overage and I have people that heard the conversation on the speaker phone.I order a 20 yard dumpster for 10 days and they said if I went over 10 days theres going to be a charge and I said ok.Nothing was said about going over 1 ton. And it wasnt even full when they came after it. We did have a 6 inch rain while we had it, so maybe thats where the extra weight came from. I know we didnt even put a full load and mostly papers.And I never got an invoice until they sent an invoice for the overage. So since I never got the invoice the day I called and ordered the dumpster, I couldnt cancel it.I called customer service twice and was hung up on both times.

  If I could put zero stars, I WOULD!!!!My experience with Ultimate Dumpster was HORRIFIC!!!! Once you agree on a price with them, you can rest assured that your credit card will be charged without your knowledge or authorization for what the have named "miscellaneous" charges.My invoice should have read $585.00 plus tax. Instead I saw charges for $94.50 for two mattresses that were agreed to as what they called "all inclusive". The other charge was for $132.50 for "being over the two thousand pound" weight limit. I was told that I had an "all inclusive" ***** pound weight limit in my agreement.This is the quintessential dumpster company to steer clear of. They are a less than honest company to deal with. I was told by one of their own employees " I am sorry but this is not the first issue like this that I have heard of here.When I called my "all inclusive salesman" and told him about my situation he told me that he would call me back. After waiting two hours I called him and when he heard my voice he hung up the phone.I called my credit card company and the case is being reviewed after the charge posts. It will be investigated and a decision will be made. The Better Business Bureau is my next move. After that I will be taking them to small claims court. I have cancelled my credit card number and I am waiting for a new one. I distrust them that much!They got their name "half right" I think that it should be changed to "Ultimate Disaster" to deal with. Steer clear of this company please do not make the same mistake that I did. Thank You

  I wish I wouldve seen all these bad reviews with this company. I would never of used them , Ive had nothing but bad experience , they dont answer the phone they hang up on you. They keep on telling me theyre gonna pick up the dumpster they never do they say the truck broke down two days in a row, dont call back when they say they will. I can go on and on and on please do not use this company ever.!!!!!!!
