    I spent $157 for a six-pack of diabetic socks. and just received socks that did not fit and had zero compression.

    The company will not give me my money back and send this email:

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please understand that as a company, we have policies and procedures that we follow for all our customers.

    The socks you ordered are not compression. They are loose-fitting and non-binding socks that are made to protect your feet by not restricting blood flow.

    Since we cannot accept returns nor process refunds due to the nature of the product, we can only offer to send you 6 pairs of our Non-binding Diabetic Socks as a one-time gesture. However, moving forward, we can no longer offer a replacement.

    If you agree, please provide us with the details of the socks that you want.

    I placed an online order with VIASOX in late July- early August, 2022. Upon receiving the VIASOX order, I was very disappointed, as the sox are NOT true compression socks and are not fully over-the-calf. The sox are falsely advertised and I requested a refund. My refund request was initially denied despite their clear online advertised full refund policy, but eventually VIASOX agreed to issue me a full refund. They requested I send them a picture of all of the sox they has sent to me & then requested I return all of the products to their business. After sending them a picture, I followed their instructions to return my order for a full refund. My product return package was received by VIASOX on Monday, 9/12/22 at 10:09am, via USPS trkg # **********************. I was told on 9/13/22 that VIASOX would confirm receipt of my return shipment and then issue my refund. Since 9/13/22 I have requested numerous times for them to issue me my refund, but they claim they are still trying to confirm their receipt of my return shipment. They have it, but refuse to acknowledge it and issue my refund. It is now 11/3/22, over 2 months after they received my return shipment and I have not received confirmation from VIASOX that they received my shipment, nor have they issued my refund.

The registered business office address is ** ******** **** ****** ********* ** *** **** **. VIASOX also has facilities in the state of New York, USA and I will submit a copy of this complaint to the BBB office in the State of New York, USA.

    I ordered 2 sets of compression stockings from Viasox. Their ads have videos showing non-binding compression stockings. Viasox is highly rated with many good reviews, so I decided to try them.

    I received my order on 8/18/22. I couldn't get the stockings over my toes let alone my foot/leg.

    Their website boasts a 14-day refund policy if not completely satisfied. I emailed Viasox requesting a return authorization and refund on 8/20/22.

    In their first response - 8/21/22 they requested a picture of the Stockings, which I did on 8/23/22. They responded on 8/23/22 indicating the items can't be returned due to the nature of the product and requesting I try on the 2nd pair and let them know what happens. I did so, and I can't get either pair on my foot/leg.

    On 8/27/22 I responded indicating I complied with their request and provided the result, as stated before, I can't get them over my toes let alone my foot/leg. I concluded reiterating my request for a refund (as per their website/policy). I haven't heard from them since.

    I paid a total of $62.97 for the two pairs of stockings, which included shipping and handling. The invoice was paid through my ****** credit account. I did take this up with ******, but they sided with the vendor based on the product wasn't damaged. As noted, their website boasts a 14-day refund policy if not completely satisfied. Does it sound like I'm satisfied?

    I'm attaching a copy of the emails, pictures of the stockings, etc.

    We have offered the customer 50% refund since we are unable to accept returns due to the
    sensitive nature of the product, we do not accept returns. The customer did not send a
    response. Had it been that the customer informed us what can be acceptable for them, we’d
    be willing to provide a replacement item plus the refund we offer.
