    They don't provide returns or exchanges and sent supposedly compression socks that are regular socks that don't compress anything and constantly slide down! Attempting to resolve the issue is a daily chore! They sent me Christmas socks in July!

    I ordered 4 pair of compression socks on May 5, 2025. Viasox took the money out of my account on May 7, 2025. As of June 18, 2025 I have not heard from them. I left 2 messages with no response from Viasox. They state 3 to 6 business days to ship. It has now been 44 days. Do not trust this company!

    I never received my order. I ordered 4 pairs of compression socks during a buyone get one free sale. I wasn't told shipping was delayed, I received the wrong tracking number and wasn't told one of the pairs was out of stock until almost a month later. The customer service ignored my issues and my request for two free pairs as compensation for all the trouble. I don't recommend the company too many issues.

    Disappointed!!! Easy Stretch socks show pictures of swollen legs like mine. Socks are too short. They don’t say height vs stretch needed that determines how high the sock goes. I looked so forward to wearing the socks. Thought just what I need. Deceiving advertising pictures. They would be the greatest if socks would be 4 inches longer.

    I finally received my order. I ordered the easy stretch. They need to be at least 3 inches longer. They are too short and a man, they would not fit. I iooked so forward to get the socks. So far I like the ankle socks. The company needs to get themselves streamlined and organized. My disappointment is they are too short or the socks run small.

    Fell for an ad on ********. Totally false advertising. They claimed that the compression ankle socks would solve all my issues with swelling feet/ankles. My feet swelled, the socks cut into my ankles and I have deep indentation s and leg pain. For $45 you would think they would provide a quality product but now I see their return policy is "no refunds" of course!!!

    Beware! I ordered $132 worth of socks that do not fit. This company will NOT return or refund anything for any reason. If you buy them, they are yours period. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

    This company is not what they present themselves as. I ordered the ankle 'compression' socks from Amazon and they are no better than the cheap ankle socks from ******. They tried to tell me I didn't order the compression socks but my order clearly states that I did. There is no 'return' policy because of the nature of the product. When I tried to leave a review or private message them, they blocked me as they don't want any negative reviews on their site. I'm thinking all the reviews there are just scam reviews. Please people, don't waste your money on this product

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
    I ordered 3 pair of sox, 2 as Christmas gifts in December. Arrived after Christmas & all too small! I even tried on the larger size I ordered for my fiance & they are too small. He couldn’t even get his toes in them! When I called for a refund I was told they could only give me 17.00 back (of the 60.00) Lesson: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AN ONLINE AD EVER!!! ALL SCAMS! do the research!
