    I placed an order online on April 5, 2025. I waited about 3 weeks until I contacted the company for the first time to request info on my package. I received an email stating the package was “In Transit”. I then waited an additional two weeks and contacted the company for the second time to request info regarding my package. I received an email stating “Its still in transit”. It has been almost two months and all the company has to tell me is “its in transit” the order was for $60 worth of items and I have been refused a refund or package cancellation. The company shows know care to resolve this issue and the birthday party has long past.

    Call viasox sock about week before I order told the **** ********. Also wear 2XX.She said they should fitting because they are stretchy, next week I order them on online. Told me take 3to5 days. Contact them told me take 3 weeks to get. Got May 17,2025

    Hello -
    I purchased compression socks from VIASOX that were advertised as ultra-stretchy and designed to fit larger, swollen feet. The product received does not match these claims — the socks do not stretch as advertised and do not fit even average-sized legs. I reached out for a refund, but the company has refused, citing a no-return policy despite the product being misrepresented.
    They offered either two replacement pairs or a 50% refund, neither of which is acceptable as the socks are unwearable. I am seeking a full refund of the product price. Their policy is unreasonable given the product does not perform as advertised.

    I purchased compression socks from this business about a week ago. I received them yesterday. They do not fit. This is a size extra large. They do not fit on my leg. I reached out to this company about the socks not fitting.
    I purchased from this company because they are soliciting their product on the internet and all of the pictures that they show is of people wearing socks. There does not appear to be any problems.
    When I reached out to the company they stated that they are willing to give me half of what I paid minus the shipping cost. They stated that they do not make refunds. I never noticed that while purchasing the socks. If they dont issue refunds for items that do not fit, it should have been stated more prominently on the purchase page. This company is stating that the socks cost 30.00 but you get a free pair with each purchase in order to say that the merchandise is on sale and they dont take back sale items to ensure that people receive high quality. If this was known to me, I would have never purchased anything from them.

    The socks do not stretch as advertised around the calves of my legs and they are not really very fat my husband tried to get them up over my ankles and calves and he couldn’t stretch them up and over my ankles and shins

    I ordered via six because they have a guarantee to be satisfied with the socks or money back and I need a good compression sock for my diabetes that doesn’t imprint into my skin so decided to give them a try and their long sleeve socks constantly fall down so it doesn’t nothing for my calves and I got no relief from the socks. I wrote an email stating this and they asked me for feet picks saying I don’t know how to wear socks and they want feet pictures to prove it and are not honoring their satisfaction guaranteed or money back.

    I initially canceled my order and Viasox told me the request was up-dated. Well they still shipped the items. I initially was offered a % 50 credit for the order confusion. Then I discovered that these socks are way smaller than advertised and also much smaller than on my previous pair. These socks are not wearable and a total loss to me.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Initially, we processed a 50% refund as per the original agreement, allowing the customer to keep the socks due to the sensitive nature of our product and our policy of not accepting returns. However, we did not realize that the customer was expecting a full refund of $105 CAD. We have now issued the remaining $52.50 CAD to complete the refund. The customer is not required to return the product.

    Placed order on 7/24/2024 and was sent a tracking number on 7/25/2024. On checking the tracking number the package is in the UK instead of USA. All I have gotten from this company is excuses with zero attempt at resolution.

    I purchased these diabetic compression socks in good faith by referencing Viasox size chart after taking my calf measurements. My calf measurements are 17.25".

    Viasox is telling me they will not issue a refund as per their policy. I keep telling them their size chart is misleading and is false advertising. These socks don't fit an 18" calf. And the customer service person admitted to me in an email that these socks really are made for people with 16" calves. I've attached a copy of this email reply from Viasox customer service.

    Viasox needs to change their size chart to properly reflect the fit of these compression socks. How many other innocent customers have they basically stolen money from by falsely advertising this product? Then when the customer reports a fit issue, they throw their "no refund" policy" back in the customer's face!

    They offered me a pair of non-binding diabetic socks instead. I have no use for this type of stocking. My doctor is telling me to get compression stockings.

    Additionally, this company requests tips from customers when placing orders. The unspoken message customers get is that you will get better customer service if you tip their employees. That's exactly what I thought when I left a $2.29 tip on this order. I gave this feedback to the company, and they totally ignored this feedback.

    I am requesting a full refund, including the tip, for a total refund of $40.00. Please help me get justice and a refund.

    I am diabetic and having trouble with leg swelling, and my physician suggested I get some compression socks, so I thought these socks would be great. How wrong I was. Their website is hard to use, and trying to understand the options of socks is in need of a PhD.
    I did receive said socks and can’t even get them on. They have a no return/refund policy which is not expressed on their website. I contacted customer service which was a run around. I was told they would send me a pair of non binding socks for my troubles. The only property this, is they have no compression in them what so ever so will serve no purpose for me.
