"I am a current customer I own a ****** domain that was transferred when ****** showed their domain hosting. This was my second time making the payment to keep my domain up and running the website it stopped working a while back and I just let it go the domain was still working with my ****** listing they talked me into a purchasing a subscription for a website and promised that it would not interfere with my domain this turned out to not be true I'm having a hard time getting a refund from them and at this point I've even offered to give up the money I paid for the website subscription if they will just return my domain to the state it was before we paid for the subscription there is no one to call the customer support is not good and when they sold me the web subscription they didn't tell me you couldn't do it from a smartphone which is all I own so now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place under a lot of stress I hope this helps other people because avoiding these people would be the best thing you can do."
