1 starThey will steal you money. My free trial ended on the 5th, so I canceled my subscription on the 5th. I still got charged $222 dollars, and they would only refund $130 of it.Fubo

1 starTerrible, I cut FUBO off and found out the football games wasn’t on any other app. I unlocked it on Saturday to see more games. Now it’s Monday night and I can’t watch the game. $70 + a month is insane for the terrible service. Locking the account again.
I experimented for 8 months thinking to save money. Time to go back to ****** ** to watch sports.Fubo

5 starsI signed up for the free trial I signed up for the free trial. The second day I cancel the service. And thought that was all I had to do. But today I was charged $233.76 for three months service. When I canceled they asked me why I was canceling and I let them know that they charge more than my cable provider. So why would I keep them and my cable provider too. They just stole $233.76 from me and told me, that I can still use the service until January 2023. But my account is cancelled none of my codes work so how can I use something I dont have access to?THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.Review fromKathryn G.

1 starI signed up for a free trial to only watch *****************************. I tried to cancel several times but kept on receiving an error that I did not have an account. After getting charged $84 plus dollars I tried to cancel on my IPhone but the subscription always to this day states free trial 0 fee charged. It never updated that a monthly fee was being charged. Finally after being charged twice I had a phone number on my bank account and was able to cancel but they refused to credit back my bank account. They try to cover not refunding based on a prepaid service but makes sure you cannot cancel for a couple of months. This is a bait and switch service! Beware! I still want my credit back FUBUTV! Stop false advertising of a free trial when you will make it difficult to impossible to cancel until you withdraw money from our account.Fubo

He messaged you informing that we would have loved to help you avoid unwanted charges, however we did not receive any contact from you before your trial expired on September 6. We first heard from you on October 14th, after your card had been already charged for a second renewal on October 6th.As mentioned, fuboTV works as a prepaid service and once you cancel after being charged, we do provide access to the service until the end of your billing cycle. 1 starVery deceptive practices. Canceled before subscription ended. even tried to take out my credit card so it would not be billed again. talked with a chat representative they assured me it would definitely be done and it would not be charged and if I wanted to do renew I would have to put in a credit card again. They charge me $264 said someone must have signed in and Reinstated the account. I said that it must be fraud I need a refund and they said sorry it's prepaid we can't do anything for 3 months.I will make sure everyone knows not to sign up because it is a never ending subscription unless you cancel your card with the credit card company.Fubo

This is the reason why your subscription auto renewed one more time for a quarterly plan on October 18th.We see you have disputed the charge showing on your account with your bank. Any disputed charges made through the cardholder's credit card company, cannot be refunded once the dispute has been filed on the customer's end and received on our end. Our payment gateway does not allow us to initiate any refunds on charges that have initiated a chargeback. In addition, any communication regarding a disputed charge would be carried out through our payment gateway and the cardholder's credit card company, where the claim is carefully assessed and the verdict is reached on their end--unfortunately, not ours. 1 starWell... they got me too! I let my free 7-day trial expire and was billed $108 for 1 month prepaid service! What streaming service cost $108/month?!? When I spoke with customer service I got the answer I expected... there will be no refund when I cancelled on day 8. I did watch the Giants game this past Sunday on FUBO since I bought a new Smart TV and did not set up a cable box.
(I am glad they won!) Aside from that, I have no need for this service. Congratulations FUBO!! You just made $108 dollars on me, but I can promise I will do everything in my power to help others avoid the 7-day free trial trap!
It is up to you FUBO TV... you can do the right thing and offer me a prorated refund or continue to operate like this until your business practices become more exposed. Thank you.

We see that at the time of registration you selected a bundle that included serveral add-ons, which all in ************** $108.98. Since the subscription was not cancelled before the trial period ended, you were charged for this amount. Please kindly note that our site informs about the price selected as well as on the exact date and time your trial will expire.Also, we see that you disputed the charge with your bank. f your bank is already taking care of this matter, please kindly note that once a dispute is filed, your credit card company will contact us and we will provide them with the evidence they request. 1 starI’m sorry but it seems to be the same complaints and they stare a different email address often. I was ripped off too. I have a *** for 29.99 on 3/18/21 on my bank account *** (point of sale). I’ve never been to New York can that be explained.
Please everyone see what your bank statements say. I cancelled also. That never happened I called my bank they wouldn’t cancel the charge, let it keep charging monthly.
Better business bureau I’m hoping my tax dollars aren’t paying for your services as they don’t appear to research at all. Neither does my bank. Hmmmm

1 starI'm only on the second day of my free trial, and I'm ready to cancel. It's horrible navigation as far as I'm concerned. I was aware the would be a dollar charge they would be reimbursed, but I've been charged another dollar. I know it's only 1 dollar, but it's not free if you're helping yourselves to my money during the FREE trial. I wanted to like this, but that's just shady taking small amounts like that assuming I won't notice.Fubo
