    Horrible experience, website is very misleading and they continue to ignore my requests for a refund. Go elsewhere, they have companies that dont charge a membership fee!

    As a new customer, I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving. Im in the process of caching my subscription and requesting a full refund. My main issue is the delay in medication delivery. It's been over 12 days since I was charged a 3-month supply, and I have yet to receive a tracking number. This issue was escalated to the pharmacy escalation team. But still, no medication. Other issues are with communication. This is strictly online. You send a message and wait 1-2 days for a response. Overall, this service is not for me. I hope it helps others, but I was not able to fulfill my needs.

    I love the product and have had great results. The only issue I found was the original dosage levels sent to me. They instructed me to take too much. Luckily it didnt make sense and I asked for clarification. I was then sent new dosage levels that were much less than they had originally stated. My advice, please be sure of your dosage levels for each stage youre in. What the medication box says vs what is instructed through the app are different. Again, great product with great results. One just needs to be sure they are given the correct and accurate information.

    Zealthy has been great from the beginning! Im so glad I found them! Their response time is very prompt and they always answer any questions I have. Its been a breeze.

    Absolutely horrible! I'm still fighting to get my money back for products I never received. They claimed my payment never went through even after I provided documents from my bank showing the total due was paid and received on their end. All they have done is basically accuse me of being a liar, refuse to investigate and keep asking for more money. Total scam. Horrible communication. Please beware! You will pay them and never receive product, a refund or a straight answer. 100 percent scam with no real person to talk to and never a straight answer from the bots they use to reply to questions. BEWARE!!!
