    I signed up for membership and was contacted by providers, but my insurance wasnt accepted. They refunded my $39 that posted within 7 days

    I wish I would have looked here first!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! VERY CLUNKY WEBSITE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD THEY OVERCHARGE!!!I ORDERED, THE SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY RATE. $39.00 THEN I SEEMED TO NEED TO REORDER ??? ORDER WAS NOT IN MY PROFILE??(2 DAYS LATER) I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM HAVE BEEN ON HOLD OVER 15MINUTES!! THEY BILLED MY CARD $881.00???

    I got charged twice today and once for last month for membership only. I requested refund at least for todays two incorrect charges-no answer. I was waiting for my medication around one month with delays and apologies,and now they charging me and no refund no answer no nothing

    I was lure to a trap like an animal. I was fool by this Zealthy, Inc. I never requested counseling, never requested medication. They have continue to charge me great amount of money for services I have not requested or received. It has been impossible to cancelled there services. They do not have an option to cancelled. I spoke to different customer service and they said is cancelled and turn around and charge my credit card again every month. Im running out of options here. The Only thing that got litter was my bank account with this MF. Please BBB help me get this fools stop scamming people.

    While the customer service responses are prompt Im not happy with this company. To start with they kept telling me my payment method needed to be updated and then they charged my card 4 extra times for the $39.00 membership fee and they claim they didnt even after I sent screenshots of the charges. Then their providers subscribed medication to me twice by mistake and even though I brought it to their attention right away they claim they cannot refund me because the order went through to the pharmacy department. That is poor customer service and if I was in charge I would refund that second payment that was an error made by the company. They also charged a card that I had taken off the account so Id like to know how they did that.I do not recommend working with this group.

    This is a scam. They have terrible communication- everytime I asked a question I got the same canned response that was in no way related to my question. The app does not work.

    Absolutely BS. 3 months in and 10 complaint emails later, the customer service is still not able to tell me what does their subscription service offers. Multiple messages to the care team in the very first few days and absolutely no response. No prescription has been taken but they continue to charge me subscription. subscription give me - nada. Nothing. Zero value. Ultimate waste. Not even a single response from your care providers. So you charge hundreds of dollars for someone to even just see what youre offering before anyone takes a prescription. What is that business model? Its fraud.

    Dont sign up!!! Never thought a cancellation of membership would be harder than cancelling a gym membership. Have cancelled several times on the portal like the CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT SAID TO DO only for them to say my account is still active. HOW?! HOW DO I CANCEL THEN. ********
