    Rented a studio from them In ***. I read the reviews here and it seems like some people had issues, but in my case, it was amazing!!! Got approved within 1 hour and moved-in same day. Apartment was small, but clean and well set up. I still have 4 or 5 months under my lease and will report back if anything changes, but so far so good. Hope the issues that were posted in other reviews will be addressed by the business. June team you really should be responding to reviews if you haven't already.

    A great concept, and much needed market but their business antics, poor tenant relations, and bait and switch policies is an honest tenants worst nightmare. Signed a ************************************************************************************************************* to pay utilities even though it was clearly stated in my lease. ****** stopped working multiple times during a freezing winter and it took them months to repair, had to beg just to get a reimbursement on a small space heater to get by. Paid a monthly cleaning fee and the cleanings were not completed per the standard as stated upon move in. Policies were constantly being changed to whatever worked best for them in the moment or depending on who you talked to. Their team was never on the same page and you would get several different answers. Security and safety was a big concern as employees and third party vendors were given door access, coming and going, without prior notice given and not wearing proper badges or identification. To make a long story short, its a huge lawsuit just waiting to happen due to the tenant laws being abused on many levels.

Allow us to inform you that heating issues are taken care of by the relevant building managements or owner while we are the property management company of this specific apartment that speaks with you and ensures that owners will take action. It seems that all issues were taken care of while we compensated for the heater. Should you decide to choose June again, we would love to see you as a tenant.

    **************** is hard to get a hold of. When we signed our lease they promised housekeeping and delivery service and since then has reduced housekeeping by saying they switched cleaning companies when its the same lady who comes to clean our apartment every month. Also only offer a $20 rebate on supplies every month despite having a service fee of $109. Have had a problem with our apartment paying for the heating for the entire building since November (now April) and theyre just now working on resolving that bill. Even the landlady who actually owns the building is upset with junehomes for making things much more difficult as a property owner. They even painted over her porcelain bathtub with regular paint and claimed they didnt when confronted.

Allow us to inform you that our cleaning crew pricing is changing based on market prices however we made sure that the price will not be increased for our tenants and that is why the cleaning visits were decreased. Furthermore, the $109 membership fee includes more than the supply reimbursement which is in the contract and was also communicated in writing since we want to be transparent with our tenants. Finally, for the bill issue, it seems that we already compensated you the amounts of $294 and for an internet issue you got reimbursed $21. We are happy to discuss any further maintenance issues however as it seems, everything is addressed through your escalations to our team given that we also value our tenants and their feedback.
