              I SET UP A SALE LEASE BACK WITH TRUEHOLD SEPT 2023 AND SIGNED A LEASE THROUGH 9 2024 WITH AN EARLY ****INATION CLAUSE AT THE 6 MONTH ***** THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, DECA, TOLD US WE HAD MET OUR 6 MONTHS AS OF FEBRUARY 12TH 2024. SO, WE MOVED OUT THAT WEEKEND. LO AND BEHOLD THEY THEN TOLD ME WHEN IT WAS TIME TO ANTY UP THE *** PAIDS AND DEPOSIT THAT THE **** ACTUALLY ENDED MARCH 12TH AND THAT CAUSED US TO BE SHORTED A FULL MONTHS RENT BEING REFUNDED. WE WOULD HAVE STAYED PUT UNTIL MARCH 12TH AND NOT PAID DEPOSITS AND MOVE FEES AND 1ST MONTHS RENT ELSEWHERE HAD THEY CONVEYED THEY DATES PROPERLY! THEY ARE NOW DENYING REFUND OF THE ADDITONAL $2175 FOR THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION THAT COST US EXTRA RENTS ELSEWHERE AND THE RETURN OF THAT MONTH. THIS COMPANY IS STANDING BY THEIR OUTSOURCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENTS ERROR! BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES CAN WELL AFFORD TO REFUND A MERE $2175 TO THEM TO US TO MAKE UP FOR OUR LOSSES AND THEIR CONTINUED MISCOMMUNICATIONS

              I think that Truehold scam me when that bought my house by sending a kid to check the house before that got it the kid put down that the air cond didn't work that the walls needed. Painted and other things that ment nothing the house was worth ******* but after. all said and done I received ****** after a new ac was put in after that bought the house they don't went to pay for it .
