I have contacted American Avenue for over a month in regards to plumbing issues. Prior when then situation was not bad , they had two people come out but couldn't do anything. I persistently contacted American Avenue to let them know of the status on the issue and ask them to send someone who can do something. They had contacted a plumbing company based on ******** ( I do not live in ********) who said they will come on Thursday. They never came and now the situation is much worse. The pipes are being backed up and nothing will drain, I have not taken a shower for about 2 weeks now because of this issue. The bathroom smells like sewage and so does my basement. Its to the point now where I have throat irritation and inflammation. I have respectfully contacted them through the proper channels yet they have me suffering with dangerous gas. I contacted the fire department who also stated there needs to be a professional plumber immediately. I have not received any response from American Avenue via the countless emails I have sent over the month regarding this issue. I currently work from home and now have to work in my backyard because my throat hurts and I also have a dog. It's disgusting to see this level of professionalism and for it to now affect my health. I am in the current process of looking at my legal options. Pictures attached below.
