Ordered a one off (not subscription) from Myro several months ago, but the order never shipped for 1.5 months, and customer service didn't reply for 2+ weeks, so I had to initiate a chargeback on my card and then Myro finally responded and cancelled the order. I was unable to log into my account (it's an endless loop) so I couldn't close the account or remove my credit card info.Just recently I received an email saying my subscription was to renew in 3 days (bear in mind I had never signed up for a subscription). There is no phone number listed and their website says they have live chat but they do not. Their website says to email them for assistance and it should take 1-2 business days for a response. I emailed immediately and asked for help but received no response, so I emailed again for the next two days until I was charged on the third day. I reached out to them again with no response, and then on social media since I wasn't sure what else to do. Since I never received a response from Myro and cannot get into my account, I called my credit card company who said they can issue a chargeback but they cannot block future charges, so I had no choice but to cancel my card, which is hooked up to all of my accounts/autopays already so a huge inconvenience.At this point, all I want from Myro is to let me into my account so that I can remove all personal information and cancel the account. I do not trust this company to have an open account under my name.Customer Answer

I received a package from MyMyro Natural Deodorant on 8/2/2023. I had previously signed up for a re-occuring subscription account with them, However, I have since changed my mind as I am not happy with the product. I have tried many times in the past few months to log into my account to cancel my subscription, however I am never able to get in. I get re-directed to my email over and over and over. I have reached out to customer service via their website "chat" service on two separate occasions and have never received a response. From the other complaints I see here, I am obviously not the only person having issues with this company. I will reach out to my credit card next to try and remedy the situation that way. I feel this company is simply taking people's money and not allowing individuals to control their own account. I did receive product, unlike many other people complaining here, but then the company has a credit card on file for me. For account management, when selecting VIEW ACCOUNT, I have been unable to do so due to an HTTP404 error that the page does not exist. I have contacted customer support via ********************************* ON NO FEWER THAN 10 occasions. I have attempted the Chat feature online. They do NOT have any form of contact listed on their website besides those two. I initially contacted to delay my subscription, then when I wasnt getting results, I requested to cancel. ***I HAVE BEEN IGNORED*** This business is shady! Love the product, but not the business practices. I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED. I will begin a dispute with my card once the transaction posts; its pending as of today.Customer Answer

I have an auto order program set up with them but I have not received the last two orders they changed me for. In February 2023 and again in June 2023, they charged me for orders but never shipped them. I contacted them and they admitted they havent sent the orders but have completely ignored my requests for immediate shipment or refunds. I have been a subscription member of Myro deodorant for years now and they have gone radio-silent for the better part of 2023. My subscription renewed on 2/27/23 and on 3/28/23 I got a message that there were shipping issues and I would get a notification with tracking shortly. I still have not received it and it is now 7/11/23. Their subscription portal is not even able to be accessed to cancel and their customer support is non-responsive via social media or their customer support email. I would like to be refunded for my order that never came and to be cancelled from future charges or at least have the ability to cancel for myself.Customer Answer

I placed an order on may 21st for a stater deordorant pack with recurrent subscription. I have not received the starter pack and have now been charged for a 3 monthes of refills. I am unable to access my account to change my subscription. When I log into my account I get an error of page cannot be found. This error shows up when I try to log in through my phone and computer. I have reached out via email customer service and still have not received a response to cancel my orders. There is no phone number for customer service. I am requesting a full refund of the starter pack and refills and a canceling of my subscription. If I do not hear back I will dispute these transactions with my bank as fraudulent charges.Initial Complaint

Date: May 14th 2023 I paid $35 dollars for two deodorant refills and one case. I purchased this online at mymyro.com. I have not received my order. I emailed the company inquiring about the status of my order on 6/5/23 and then again on 6/6/23 after no response. I received a generic email that explains unforeseen circumstances but no offer to cancel the order or receive a refund. On 6/15/23, I emailed asking for a refund and have not heard back yet. I believe they are taking money for products they have no intention of shipping, as there are comments on their social media of people who are in the same situation as I am. I would like a refund of my purchase and for them to stop accepting orders from anyone else until they are able to ship the actual product in a timely manner.Customer Answer

I was charged $30.00 on May 1st as part of a subscription renewal. It had been a month since the charge and I realized I did not have any follow up emails in regards to shipping the product. I emailed customer service on May 31st inquiring about details for this order. When I had no response, I replied directly to the email informing me of the charge for the subscription. That was one June 2nd and still no response. Seeing how other people have recently had this issue. I am concerned and want a refund. I am still awaiting for my product to arrive. They did not disclose a time frame for when to expect my product either.
They did explain via email they are having issues that they are trying to resolve, so I appreciated them at least disclosing that information. As I mentioned though, my issue is not resolved due to not receiving my paid product.
