    I placed an order to MYRO on April 1, 2023 totaling $59.74 (order ******). It was for 3 Spa deodorant refills plus a face mask. I placed the order through my **** debit/credit card, and it was deducted from my checking account on April 3. To date, I have yet to receive this order. Then on May 2, $48.88 (order ******) was deducted from my **** debit/credit card for another order of 3 Spa deodorant refills. It seems I somehow was placed on a subscription plan when I placed my original order. To date, I have not received this order, as well. I have tried numerous times to find out what happened to my orders. The only way of reaching their customer service department was through email. I have yet to receive any answers as to where my orders are. In the meantime, I found a way to cancel the subscription. For that I got an email response on May 23 saying sorry to see me go. I requested a refund for the orders I never received, and have heard nothing from them. I tried calling a number that came up while I was trying to find the company, and it turned out to be a wrong number. The woman on the phone said she gets a ton of calls from people complaining about MYRO and she also has tried to email them to get them to correct the phone number. It is a shame as I liked the product. However, this is horrible business practice. All I want is my money back. I am very disappointed, as the first time I ordered the product it was through one of the ************** from the Today show. What a shame they turned out to be a lousy company to deal with. They have been saying "Processing" since the very beginning. They say they ship between 5-7 business days, but that is truly not the case.

    I placed an order with this company on April 29th, 2023. After receiving no tracking update within the first week, I reached out to customer service (May 7th, 2023) to ask about my order. Myro's customer service department never responded to me, and now it has been almost a month since I placed my order with no contact from the company. I have reached out again via their website 'contact **' button but still have no reply.

    I placed an order on 03/26. It is not 05/05 and despite many unanswered emails both direct and through their "contact us" system, they have not responded as to why my order stills says "processing". Are they in the process of going under or just overwhelmed?

    I purchased 3 deodorants on April 17, 2023. I received an email on that date confirming my order had been placed and my card was charged. Since then, I have not received a single status update that my items have shipped or that there have been any delays. I reached out over email twice to the email provided on the website, and I also reached out over Instagram. I have not received any response. I ordered from this website a few years ago and had no issue, but now I feel like I will not be receiving my order.

    On 2/18/23 Myro charged me for a subscription renewal. I have never received any products however and multiple emails and messages have been ignored. I would like either the products I paid for or my money refunded. No response from a company that in the past has been very responsive is not acceptable!

    I placed an order almost a month ago and I have yet to receive product from them. *** reached out multiple times & no one seems to have answers as to when my procduts will ship. I just want a refund, they cant just take my hard earned money. I think this business is a scam. I just want my money back!

    I placed 2 separate orders from this company and I will be detailing both experiences 1st order o#****** This order was placed on 11/27/2022. I hadnt received it and reached out to the company multiple times and nothing was done about it. They refunded me on 1/5/2023. In that correspondence they assured me that they fixed their shipping issues and that if I placed a replacement order in the future this wouldnt happen. 2nd order o#****** This order was placed on 1/18/2023. In this order I was contacted on 1/30/2023 stating there was a high demand for a particular item in my order and that if I changed it my order would ship without wait. So I did. I contacted the company again on 2/23/23 because I still had not received my products. They told me they were working on it and would give me an eta and gave me a refund of $10 off of my $55 order. Today is 3/3/23 and I have not received an update NOR have I received my products.

    I ordered products on November 27th and I was charged through paypal. When I try to track my order, it says order was placed. But nothing has been sent yet. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I found a number online and was told to leave a message because all representatives were busy with other customers. I have ordered from them before without issues and really enjoyed the products.

    I placed on order for 4 deodorants on 11/25 and was charged $39.50. The order has still not shipped. I have sent 4 emails to the comp y over the past few weeks, but no response. I am unable to find a customer support number, and their chat feature is not working. I would like the shipment ASAP or a refund if they are unable to deliver the order.They cant just keep my money and send nothing.

    I received my first order from this company a week ago. It was the wrong scent. I immediately contacted the company through their email they have listed on emails and on their site, with no response. I have since emailed them two more times about my order being wrong, with no reply. The business has no phone number on their website, big red flag. Their "contact" button at the bottom of their site has no direct link to "chat" with them even though it states that's how to do it. I have tried creating an account, forgot password, etc. to access my portal and all give me an error and go back to the "Login" screen. HIGHLY dissatisfied.
