I have ordered from this business for several years without issue. However I recently made an order in August of 2023 and I have yet to receive the order. I have sent 5 emails at least trying to find out where my order is. They kept responding stating it would be sent that week. Each week when no tracking information was sent, I emailed again. Eventually I just asked them to refund my order. However they have not responded and I have to contest the charge with my bank. Online order placed 7/5/2023 for 1 item. I emailed customer service 7/18/23 to inquire about the arrival of my order and was told there was a delay in processing my order due to unforeseen circumstances. Emailed customer service again on 8/3/23, and on 8/7/23 received the below response: I completely understand your disappointment, and I want to assure you that we are doing everything within our capacity to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. As of now, we are actively expediting the fulfillment process, and I am pleased to inform you that your order is scheduled to be shipped within this month.I emailed customer service again on 9/1/23 as I still did not receive the order. On 9/5/23, I received the below response: As per the latest update I received, we will be able to ship your order within the next three weeks utmost. No worries, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order starts shipping.I emailed customer support again 9/15/23 and was told:After reviewing our current order processing and shipping schedule with our production team, we want to inform you that our team is actively working to expedite the shipment of your order. At this time, we are targeting the week of September 25th for your order to be dispatched. On 9/29/23, I emailed customer service again. I received the below reply on 10/12/23:After reviewing our current order processing and shipping schedule with our production team, we want to inform you that our team is actively working to expedite the shipment of your order. At this time, we are targeting the third week of October for your order to be dispatched. At that time I asked to be contacted my a supervisor. I was never contacted. On 10/24/23, I received this email:The good news is that the entire backlog is being cleared out over the next 10 days. Placed a single order with Myro on July 29th. I reached out for help on September 8th when I had not received any shipping information by then. I did not get an estimate nor explanation of why it was so late other than we are working hard to fulfill. So I reached back out on September 18th and they said they were targeting September 25 for shipping. That came and went so I followed up on October 3rd. Got a similar response and they said they were now targeting the second week of October. That also came and went. Reached back out on October 21st asking for a refund and order cancellation. Received a response that there are supply chain issues and that if I kept my order they would apply a 10% discount. I forgot to reply admittedly until October 30th asking again for full cancellation and refund. Followed up on November 4th and still have not heard a word. Unfortunately this is the second time something like this has happened for me with Myro. In the first instance a very similar story played out but with their subscription model which I did end up getting my money back. That's why I decided to give the single option a try because I did really like the product.Initial Complaint

On August 10th, I placed an order with Myro (**********). The order was for one refillable deoderant. A one time order, no subscription. I contacted the company on August 15th because I never received a shipping email. Just my order confirmation email. This is the first I hear of shipping delays and production issues. I'm told they reach out to the production team to find out when my order will ship. I hear nothing back and I reach out again on August 23 asking for an update and status on my order. I receive the same response. I hear nothing so again on September 5th, I reach out asking where my order was. I receive the same response. I continue to hear nothing from them and on September 17 I asked for the order to be cancelled and to issue a credit. It's now October 23 and I have heard nothing and received nothing. I placed an order on 10/16 - got order confirmation - was not able to log into my account - so *** order ran thru "shop" - but Myro is *** who was paid - **** charged me on 10/17. I tried to contact Myro and Shop to find out *** status of my order and Shop said I need to contact Myro - **** are not responding back to me. I am still unable to log into my account even resetting my password does not work. I did try to track my package thru Shop and it looked like it was delivered except I do not have an package and when I asked Shop for *** shipper and tracking number **** said I needed to get that info from Myro - which seems to be impossible to do so. This was a one off order - and **** seem to have signed me up for a subscription whish I immediately emailed ***m on 10/16 and said this is not a subscription this is a one time order - never heard back. I looked on *** internet for reviews - I wish I had done it before making my purchase - **** are not good.Customer Answer

I contacted Myro via email in June 2023 regarding a defective product. I received a response that they would replace the product. I provided photos and all requested information. Two weeks ago, I received and email stating that they would be sending the replacement. To date, I have not received the item nor any tracking or correspondence that the item is on the way. I don't think they intend to replace the item. I have the supporting emails, which I will attach herein. I believe my daughter paid $12 approximately for this item. I first ordered a product in May 2022 as I liked the idea of a more sustainable alternative to current options on the market. I then ordered a 3 pack of refills in Sept 2022 and am still using those refills to this day. The site kept trying to send me more refills so I canceled any ongoing shipments but instead in March 2023 the site charged me for 9 refills (which is a whopping $96). I contacted customer service and they refunded me but, even though I asked, did not cancel the subscriptions. Now (Oct 2023) they have once again charged me $96 for refills I do not want, did not order, and asked them to cancel already. I have reached out to customer service twice with no response. The order hasn't shipped yet they took money from me. Similar to other complaints, I also cannot log in to my online portal to correct anything myself (even though that didn't work last time). All I want is a refund, my account and credit card information deleted, and to never deal with this company again.Customer Answer

I just filled out a review about this same issue because I did not see where I could file a complaint.I have used Myro deodorant for the past three years. I have like it, the smell, and the recyclable packaging.I have many sticks waiting to be used so I wanted to login to my account to cancel the next few shipments. When I try to login the screen just blinks and does not allow me to access any of my subscription details. The login boxes go blank again and the cycle repeats. I have changing my password many times with no change to the login page.I decided to email Myro for help. After emailing several times I have not received any responses. 11/2023, 12/2022, 4/2023 And 9/30/2023 I used to order from them all the time. Last November I placed and order and it never showed up, I checked my account and it wasn't on there so I figured I never actually placed one. I placed a second and that never showed, finally checked my bank account and they were both charged. Sent an email no response. Fast forward to April and somehow another order was placed, apparently I was signed up for a subscription. Finally got an email back (no phone number) and they cancelled the April order, cancelled the subscription, and sent the December order. Apparently re hulling the company. Now in September I get an email about another order coming through for $85. In the past my orders have always been $30-40. And I had the subscription canceled. I couldn't get into my account, every time you logged in it takes you back to the log in page. Tried on my phone, and three computers. Emailed them telling them to stop charges and called my bank. Well no response from Myro and my bank didn't get the stop charges up in time. Now I'm out $85 and have to disputes the whole thing. Haven't heard back from them and I still don't have my order from last November ($39.23)Initial Complaint

For the last several months I have been unable to access my myro account to adjust my subscription. At first their customer service was responsive, but now they have gone silent. They charged me $36.01 on June 24 for a product they did not send. I got the order confirmation but never got a shipping update or tracking number. I just got a message that they intend to charge me again in 3 days so I emailed them to cancel my subscription. I want my money back from June and I want my subscription cancelled. This was a product I used to enjoy but they are now taking my money and never sending me a product. I want my money refunded and my subscription cancelled for good.
