      Horrible scam of a company. We still have not received an order we place in July (it is now November). I would never buy from this company. They charge your card & never send your order. I have contacted them many times via their help & customer service email but no response.

      If I could leave zero stars I would!! Tried to track the package and it says **** is currently awaiting package. They havent dropped the package off to the post office or anything. They dont reply to emails just some dumb automated email. Been messaging them for almost a week. I was been suppose to get this package for my little sisters birthday gift. I should have looked for reviews about the company before I spent all this money on these gifts.

      I was a long long time customer. I bought a preorder Comic Con exclusive back in July 2022. They charged my credit card RIGHT AWAY. Item wasnt available yet and didnt ship out until mid December) Kidrobot ended up sending me the wrong item. I emailed them right away about the mistake and sent a picture of the item that was sent. I was ignored. I took in consideration that it was near the holidays and they were busy. I gave them time to respond and sent multiple emails. I even sent them an Instagram message. Still ignored. I finally got a response when I tried to file a claim through PayPal. (I used my credit card through PayPal to purchase) Paypal denied my claim without review, because my days to file a claim expired since I purchased the item back in July. I went directly to my credit card company then and thank goodness they listened about my situation (preorder didnt ship until December). I got my money back finally after my case was reviewed but Im never buying from them again. Blatant disregard, lack of customer service, and taking my hard earned money to send me something I didnt order. (I havent even gotten an email with a prepaid label to send back the ugly item they sent me. Wheres the folllow up?)
