I wanted to purchase an item I saw was a little cheaper then everybody else's, and it said free 1 day trial membership day. So I said I would just purchase the item then cancel the membership. But then I tried to cancel following their rules on how to cancel membership by contacting support thru email and that didn't work. I tried to cancel order, which they kept telling me it shipped but they don't know the carrier. They just keep giving me the run around. I want a full refund of $38.49 and I don't want their product. I want nothing to do with them.Business Response

I have never used this company. I keep getting charged ***** on my cash app. I don't have a membership with this company and I am not sure how they stole my card information. They have been trying everyday since July 31, I changed my card and it happened again. I checked my phone for this app and I don't have it and never used them.Business Response

They are lying and someone stole my information. I changed my debit card and a week later after receiving a new card, they attempted to steal again. They are stealing payment cards, or buying cards and trying to run them. This business has many complaints regarding the same behaviors. Please assist me in stopping this company. This company fraudulently charged my 14 year old's account (Easton Surns), and continues to attempt charges monthly. The customer service phone number is either busy, or when you do get through they will capture your personal information then hang up, then ring busy again. As of August 14th I was checking on my checking account and I noticed two transactions that I did not place, one was for $1 that was impending status and another for $24.99 from b l i d t z I contacted my bank right away they told me to wait until 8/15/2025, to see if the pending was posted to my account and if so they can put a dispute. I called back the bank and they told me the same thing. I found the telephone number for blidtz tand I called it it only gave me prompts when I prompt number #1 which was did you get a call and the second one was a prompt #2 they can tell me about offers it hung up right away. I called back two times then press prompt number one and then I'd hung up right away. Then I tried again two times and it was nothing but a busy signal no one was answering no prompt no answer at all so I called back my bank and I told them the situation. I spoke to a nice woman she was a supervisor and she said that due to the fact I have to wait another 3 days until the 19th she gave me a courtesy of my account fees. That was $20 that was just a reversal of my fees it was not what blidtz took for me and they still said I have to wait five business days until the amounts of the post the ***** to my account Right now the debits are in process. It's on hold so I have no access to the money and I sent b l i d z two emails and told them that they need to release my money because I did not enter it all I did was I logged on and curiosity of their services on through ****** and that's how they got my information because I did not register I did not put the emails they got me through the ****** and now when I'm calling them with numerous times now I get a busy signal after the first time it was prompts now I don't even get prompts and I press I don't even get to go to two it's like they clocked they locked out my number and now I'm getting nothing but a busy signal. I downloaded the Blitz app on my phone about 3 days ago, just opened it up yesterday, scrolling through some things playing some games to win some points, it presents an offer for more chances to win more points and get payouts easier by becoming a member and buying a membership. I did not respond I closed that part of the app continued playing games, did not put any credit or debit card information in the app, because I will not ever take chances like that with the company that I've never seen before or heard of and give them my information. however I woke up to a notification on my phone from my bank that my card was declined due to the fact that my card is locked. and my card was declined to this company that I did not give my information to nor did I sign up for anything. I feel like this is a spy app or maybe even a hacker app. they have obtained my bank card and Bank information and have been attempting to charge me money for membership that I have not signed up for. this is fraud it is attempted theft, I have not authorized this in any way shape or form. and they are attempting to take money from my bank account without permission.Initial Complaint

On 31 July I downloaded the Blidz app, charged me $1 for a trial. Most trials are at least 2-3 days followed y a reminder. 1 Aug, they tried to charge $24.99 through cashapp but it was denied (i'm assuming because i had no balance, for a reason). They sent an email 2 Aug, basically asking why it didn't go through when they tried again to take the money. On 5 Aug $24.99 was taken from my cashapp and the $1 was refunded. I cancelled the account and contacted them about a refund stating that i had no idea I was going to be charge $24.99, the very next day after a "$1" trial period. They asked why i wanted to cancel and i told them, requesting a refund again. I checked back on 7 Aug, no response, 9 Aug, no response, and again today 11 Aug.... silence. It does say in there "help" section that they do not give out refunds due to buyers remorse, normal changes to their services, or engaging in fraudulent activities. I'm wanting the refund due to poor information being given and nothing about a membership fee.Customer Answer
