    This company has an app called Blidz where you can play games, spin and shop. I was on this app briefly to see what it was about. There's a spin button to spin the wheel and a second button right beside asking if you want to increase your chance. Something to that affect. Unbeknownst to me, it is for a subscription. No where did it state it was for a subscription. They charged my card a $1. The next day, I get charged $29.99 monthly fee that I did not authorize. I just want my money back. That's very deceiving to have a setup like that without having any type of safe guards to say are you sure this is what you wanna do? I did not authorize for a subscription!!!! I haven't touched the account since it happened. I reached out to their support and they only said they'll get back to me and never did.

    I have been getting charged for 6 months from this business. I have attempted call and email the company. I have attempted to login using my information but have no active memberships and doing so created one with no membership. I have reported this to my bank twice and got a new debit card and still have been getting charged since Ive done those things. I receive no responses back from this company by phone or email. This upload is just one of many charges and I have also shown I have received no email responses

    So on Jun 28, 2025 I decided to download the Blidz shopping app. When I downloaded the app and logged into ****** with the app. I was greeted with a spin the wheel game, that said I won a $1 payout and to select the method you want to receive your $1 payout. When I selected the ****** pay option it immediately charged me a $1 transaction fee instead of giving a payout to my payment method. It did refund that charge, but it got worse because when i clicked next on the app I was greeted with a free trial and i clicked next on it. I was then charged $18 immediately after clicking on that free trial button. I immediately canceled the subscription that It signed me up for and left a bad review on the ****** play store then contacted their support team. When contacting their support team I was told that they wanted me to take down the bad review or turn it into a good review before they would give me my money back. I then told them I would not do it but later said I would because I wanted my money back. I was then ghosted by them. I reported this app to the ****** play store but ****** has done nothing.

    June 23, 2025 I downloaded **************************. They said they charged $1 to your card to verify your card. On June 24, 2025 at 3am, they charged my card $17.99. I submitted a company to their support to department to see why I was charged anything and to have a refund issued. They told me I had to submit an online review to get my refund. I did. They tell me they dont like my review, go back and submit a review saying theyre a good company. They are not a good company, so why do I have to lie and be extorted to get a refund for money you fraudulently took out of my account.

    I have contacted the company about a feature that has been down in there app it has been down for maintenance every time you click on it the time says 23 hours and 59 minutes the time never changes its been like that now for over 2 weeks I talked to customer service they agreed to give me this month free but they still charged me the 40$ and it's still down for maintenance I contacted support and the only response I get is a auto response that they will. Forward it to a team member and no one has resolved the issue or contacted me back

    Well i sent a complaint about this app/ company a few days ago. About wanting my $17.99 that I didn't try to spend. I got the wrong button and it took money off my card instantly. I sent proof to the BBB the other day how I've been trying to contact them. Someone from BBB responded but I lost the email. And didn't get a chance to see what was said. Or what can I do to cancel subscription and get my money back. I don't even have the app anymore

    June 17th 2025: Took 1$, was supppose to be a temporary charge for the free trial as verification and refunded in 24 hrs June 18th: Took 1$ even though that not the agreement. They're suppose refund my 1 dollar when the free trial ended on the 18th instead they took another 1 dollar and have yet to ended the free trial.Further customer service of ********************** has purpose ignore my message for the entire day, instead only responding around 1am without even address my issue.Furthermore I requested they delete my account and remove my payment method but have puropsely ignore my request, instead utilizing dirty methods to purhcasing the full membership Additionally thet have yet cancel the free trial yet even though the trial suppose to end on the 18th I want this matter resolve as soon possible, because I fear if action isn't taken this company keep charging my account even though I never agree to it

    My name is ********* **********, and I am submitting a formal complaint against ***** due to their failure to honor their promised payouts. I have been an **Ultra subscriber**, which should grant me seamless service and guaranteed earnings. However, since **May 11, 2025**, I have not received the payments I was assured, despite daily complaints and follow-ups with Blitz support. Initially, the app worked as expected, but on **May 11**, I was informed that they were experiencing issues. Since then, my payments have **stopped entirely**. Whenever I reach out, I am told to "be patient," yet no actual resolution is provided. ***** continually deflects responsibility, offering excuses instead of fixing the issue. As an **Ultra subscriber**, I was promised a total of **$150** in earnings, but in the entire month, I have received **only approximately $75**. This is unacceptable. Blitz has suggested that I cancel my subscription, but doing so would result in a **non-refundable cancellation fee**effectively allowing them to keep my money while I receive nothing in return. After researching, I found that **many other users** have experienced similar problems, indicating that this is a **widespread issue** rather than an isolated case. I have left reviews, submitted complaints, and exhausted all available options, yet ***** continues to ignore the concerns of their paying customers** while maintaining their unfair business practices. I request the Better Business Bureau*investigate Blitz's operations and hold them accountable for failing to fulfill their obligations to their subscribers.     On 5/19/2025,.I thought I was receiving $1.00 for game playing. This company asked me if I wanted a free trial. I clicked yes and then they took the $1.00 back and charged my account for $17.99. It was unclear what I was agreeing to and I contacted them within a few minutes. They refused to refund my money. I feel that I was scammed and tricked. This should not be allowed.
