In August of 2023, I saw an ad for the Sleeping patches on ********* I ordered a small amount, and at checkout they charged me for another set of sleep patches. Once item was received, I tried them for several nights. They did nothing other then leave a rash on my foot or arm. I emailed customer service several times and they finally got back to me offering me 30% back if I sent them back, at me expense. This is seriously a scam. Businesses like this should not be aloud to be in business.Initial Complaint

I purchased these patches on 9/21/23. I was purchasing 1 box for ***** but was charged for 6 boxes at 87.45$. I immediately emailed them to cancel the purchase. I called but had to leave a message as no one ever answered the phone. I informed them immediately after seeing the amount charged to my PayPal. They have not responded nor have they addressed my concerns. I received the 6 boxes Friday and I intend to return them as soon as I have been contacted. Id like a return label or an acknowledgment that I am returning the product. Id also like a full refund.Initial Complaint

On 8/22 I attempted to order $22.00 worth of patches and when I attempted to check out there was an another order for $39.80 witch I did not order I tried unsuccessfully to delete so I backed out of the order completely and never at any time hit submit to complete the order. The next day I received a email for the order. I think that the company is unscrupulous and I initiated a refund but no invoice was included with the package and I had trouble trying to send a request for a refund. On July 20/2023, I watched an ad on ******** for a product called Bandoo patches. They are used by sticking them on your feet overnight to detoxify your body, leading to a host of health benefits (I can forward you the email chain if you wish).My aim was to buy 1 box of the patches to try them out at about $20.00 CDN including exchange to USD, but at every step of the process, the site kept changing it to, "our special deal" of 4 boxes for the "low, low price" of $60.01 - $83.71 CDN, as it turns out. I kept changing it back to the single price every step of the way, until I entered my payment method - PayPal - at which point the page glitched and thanked me for my purchase of 4 boxes of the patches! I tried to get it cancelled but since they use a third party support company (Zendesk - the WORST ever!) from which I got a form email saying, "We've received your message and will respond within 24 hours...". By that time, on July 21/23, my PayPal account had been charged for the $83.71, which in turn was forwarded to the bank card I had connected to PayPal.I opened a dispute with my bank and Paypal, but they don't have the actual category that describes my issue (ie - website error, or anything similar), so I used "Item not received - chargeback; I haven't received the item or service", as it was the closest option available. On July 25, my Bank refunded my money.I thought it was over, until today (Aug. 8/23) when I found that my bank had reversed the disputed amount. When I called them, they said it was because Bandoo had notified them that I had received the items.I am not dishonest. It's not my fault that they sent the items after I told them repeatedly that I didn't want them. However, I did use some of the patches; they have not performed as advertised. It looks like I will need even more than the 4 "boxes" (pouches, actually) that they sent. Date of my transaction was June 16, 2023. I have attached the advertised picture that states they WILL REFUND if you are unhappy. I emailed them directly and they stated that since they shipped they could not refund, just offer me a discount of 20%, well why would I buy more of a product that is not working???I contacted them through the email provided, and they were of no help. And I don't want other people to be scammed by this company. Not only do the products not work but that they won't honor their OWN advertisement to refund. I saw this company on Instagram, started filling out information to place an order but DID NOT complete the order and left the screen. I received an "order confirmation" email on 6/15/23, contacted Bandoo that I DID NOT order this product but then a package arrives in the mail and my checking account was charged $37.80. I returned the package as "refused, return to sender", advised Bandoo of this, and the package has arrived back to Bandoo but they are refusing to refund my money. There have been many, many emails going back and forth and I am being harassed. This company is a SCAM! I have contacted Instagram and reported this issue as well. All I want is my refund, and for this company to not do this to anyone else!! How can they get away with this???Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, the matter was resolved only AFTER I filed a complaint with the ****** of ******** Protection through the ************************** After filing the complaint, the company refunded my credit card for everything but shipping. Once again, I had to email Bandoo to advise them that per their "deal" on Instagram there was no shipping charge, and a reminder that I had filed a complaint through the AG's office. The next day the shipping was refunded, too. It is unfortunate that for such a small amount of money it took almost 30 emails between myself and Bandoo, a complaint filed with BBB, Instagram, and the ****** of ******** Protection, to finally get this settled. Even though it cost me a lot of time to pursue this matter I was determined to not let Bandoo get away with this fraudulent practice. Bandoo should not be allowed to get away with this! And interestingly, the company is no longer on Instagram.Sincerely,

I put 2 packs of detox foot patches in my cart and went to check out. Upon doing so, it took me to another page that wanted me to verify how many packages I wanted. I clicked "2" and clicked next. It then took me to another page where I entered my credit card info and I clicked "next". It then took me to another page which said my order of 4 packages of detox foot patches was received. I couldn't understand how this mistake was made so I went back to the site and redid everything as I did before and realized once I went to check out I was tricked into adding another 2 packs to my cart. I thought I was verifying how many I wanted. It was probably my fault, just an oversight, but definitely had never seen it before. I immediately emailed the company because it says that as long as the order isn't processed they can cancel the order. I didn't hear back from the company until AFTER my order was processed, so naturally they couldn't do anything about it... I let them know I wanted to start a return for the 2 packs I accidentally ordered. For weeks I went back and forth with them and the only reply I ever got was to keep the order for a discounted rate. I kept replying that I did not want the products and wanted to return them for a full refund. I asked REPEATEDLY for the return address or shipping label and they refused to provide any information, even though their return policy says to email them for return instructions and a full refund will be issued. I had to go through my bank in order to get my money back. I only received money back for the 2 packages I unintentionally ordered. I still wanted a refund for the original 2 I bought but there is no getting through to them about how to do so. Absolutely criminal.Customer Answer

I keep getting automated messages that don't go anywhere. At one point the automated message said they would await my return and refund once it had reached the warehouse, but they had still not provided the return address, which was what I had been asking for for weeks! I went in circles with this company for weeks and got nowhere. It was an absolute nightmare and no one else should ever have to deal with such a poor standing company.

I placed an order for $22.90 for one item. I received that item, but I then received another package with multiple items, none of which I ordered and was charged $105.78. I didnt receive an email in regards to this second fraudulent order and there was not a packing slip inside the package. My order number for the original order was *************. Order number: ************* I sent a cancellation request to Bandoo at 6:19 am which included my order number on Thursday, July 23rd right after I made the order at 6:03 am and saw that Bandoo had added an unwanted second product to my order making the purchase 86. I asked immediately to cancel the entire transaction and explained my reasons why. At 10:25 am, I received a message from their support desk saying my order couldnt be located - despite me having provided the order number in the cancellation request. At 6:34 pm on July 23rd, I was informed my order would be processed and ready to ship in 12 hours. My immediate cancellation request on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:19 am after the order was started at 6:03 am is in line with Bandoos Return Policy which states, Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return your purchased products, kindly refer to the guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy. We're here to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for you, every step of the way. The support desk used delay tactics waiting a full day to respond again to say they couldnt do anything because the order had processed and readied to ship. She leveraged Bandoos return policy that would make receipt of goods my responsibility. Her email stated that we work together to find the best solution but only considered the best solution for the company where they keep my money. I was simply strongarmed to accept the situation placeing the onus on me to accept products I didn't want or pay more money to ship them back to Bandoo.Upon receiving Bandoos goods which I had requested not even to be shipped, I followed the return policy to send them by sending a request within the 14-day window. I was only offered 30% refund of monies for an order I requested cancelled which doesnt align with Bandoos, We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases.
