    Have used the product consistently for a month and a half. The manufacturer claims that ******* turned black because theyre removing toxins and after about two weeks, you shouldnt see it mine are still black and when they claim that thats because youre not adequately washing your feet and drying them. Excuse me. I **** my feet andthen I rub them with alcohol and wait until theyre dry and the patches still come out the same color basically what it is is your feet sweat at night and the interact with the bamboo to that dark toxin. Its just another Internet scam.

    On July 17th, I originally wanted 2 packages of foot pads. I saw the up sale and decided to get the 4 package deal. There were a number of other products the company tried to sell, which I declined, but I expected a preview screen to appear to verify my order. Instead I see a confirmation screen of items I didn't want to purchase. I immediately contacted them via email before I even had an order number to stop the order from being processed. They needed to confirm my email, which I did, but emailed me the next morning stating it was too late the order was processed and shipped and a refund couldn't be issued.

    I was only looking at their products and their deals and two days later I get a notice saying that they're going to be delivering me all this stuff that I never ordered I have continually told them I didn't order it why are you using it my credit card I never approved them to use a credit card I never ordered any of these things they were sending me and I constantly complained and they came back with oh yes you did order and there's nothing we can do about it why would I be complaining if I ordered something I wanted I didn't order anything I only looked over the stuff and then when I went online has many complaints of the same thing using people's credit cards without their authorization and adding stuff to the credit card well they just blatantly use my credit card I never approved anything and now they say that

    I ordered $100 worth of Foot pads from Bandoo. They have a return policy that allows me to return within 14 days. I requested a return via phone and email, and they are refusing to send me return instructions, a return label, or anything helpful to return my item. In addition, they are trying to get me to accept a 50% refund and to keep the product, which I have no interest in doing. This business is fraudulent and should be investigated.

    I made an order for footpads in May 2025 that should have been delivered in June 2025. When I was informed of an incorrect shipping address I contacted the shipping company and submitted the correct address but was told I had to contact merchant order was made to.The merchant, Bandoo, has been contacted several times in the past 2 weeks and yet my purchase is still being sent back and forth to places located in ********* and ******** WY according to tracking information. The merchant, Bandoo, has not corrected the mistake made by their company after I followed the steps to get the correct address made.

    I responded to an add that I viewed on *******. As the included document demonstrates, I made a purchase for $45.00 from these frauds on May 5th of this year. Nearly a month later, the same included document illustrates multiple charges that add up to $142.29. I in no way authorized these charges. The Bandoo scammers just held on to my credit card information and when they got around to it made multiple bogus charges to the card and stuck me with the bill.

    There was a mistake. I did not complete the transaction and I see that my credit card has been charged. (pending). This happened on June 20, 2025. The amount owed me is $81.26 which was in two transactions. I immediately cancelled the order and was told that it had already shipped. Ridiculous. Discover Card tells me that two purchases have been made. I didn't finalize these transactions. I would like to remove my credit card from your files. I agree with others who have filed claims against Bandoo. The company engages in deceptive and fraudulent checking out processes. There is no shopping cart as one anticipates. The company keeps your credit card on file and immediately charges your account and processes an order if you click on a product even though you are in the consideration phase. Thats what happened in my case. I was considering taking advantage of the deal they offered but wanted to figure out the math; I was on the fence about the purchase. Little did I know that I was being charged as soon as I clicked on the ********** the time I was still interested in the product and so I wrote to the company asking why I couldnt get the 80% discount as advertised. (not realizing that the system had already made the purchase for me). I continued to check out products and they charged me again! I want nothing more to do with this company.I will return the products but I want a full refund with no deduction for shipping. This is ridiculous. They must be stopped.
