    I'm a repeat customer, so I've always been well satisfied that what I ordered is what I got. I appreciate that this time I was invited to sell back a phone that I'd damaged. It's so recent that this hasn't played out yet, but I trust the company.

    I have always had very good experience working with Back Market. If you are looking for a refurbished phone their customer service is top notch. They have been very fair on return policy after ordering a phone my wife ended up not liking. 10/10 would recommend.

    Back Market is amazing!!!! They have saved me thousands ?????? of dollars. I have a 13 yr old son who is ridiculously destructive with phones. I have bought 3 I phone xr's from back market every phone has been exactly what I expected or better. The last phone I just purchased I got in fair condition but it looks brand new not even a scratch on it. When they say it will be there it comes on time or early and they r great about filling up.

    Oh my gosh, why didnt I find this business years ago! BackMarket is unbelievably the best store to shop at online!!!!!!????????????My products arrived quickly and when I no longer wanted one of the items, the return and refund procedure was seamless. I couldnt ask for more efficiency, concern, etc. Dont think about shopping with them, just do it! On top of that we are all working together to keep items out of our landfills; win win all the way.

    It took three tries, but Back Market finally got it right. I was impressed with their customer service all along the way. I was kept informed and felt like they valued me as a customer.This was my first order. The first phone I recieved had a chip and scuffs on the screen; I had paid for a "good condition" phone, which should have a ************** (according to their descriptions). So I returned it.The second phone I received was beautiful, but would not power on or charge. So I returned it.The third phone was beautiful, and fully functional. I would buy from them again, but perhaps they should reevauate their sellers.
