    Dishonest Trade-In REMOVEDExploitation!To recap:- They misrepresented the condition of the phone they sold me.- They devalued the flawless phone I traded in.- They delayed payment and order processing.- They insulted me with a $5.00 counteroffer.- They dismissed my concerns with scripted excuses.This company has lost my business forever. And if you value honesty, accountability, and respect, they should never earn yours.

    I purchased a phone through Back Markets app on 11/15/2025. i choose good quality which means no issues with screen, battery or anything also sending in trade-in. Upon receiving my product normally a new phone its REMOVEDfully dead your should be able to turn the phone on a check things out, obve the phone turned on and i began setup i noticed glitches in the screen and said something isnt right I proceeded to use phone and the screen blackout non responsive and turns the phone off. I then proceeded to contact customer service which was a fail because they already had the trade it and they continued to tell me that they could not send my phone back until i sent there phone back which is absolutely ridiculous because I would be left with nothing. i expressed these things to them and basically my issue was unresolved because they advertised false product description and told me that my perfectly good working phone i sent them i couldnt get back until they received this once back and if i was to open the phone and get it fixed without sending it back there would be no warranty the phone.

    Bought my boyfriend REMOVEDheadphones for Christmas and he loves them! He uses them at the gym and for gaming. I love back market because I hate planned obsolescence.

    I recently got a MacBook Pro from them and paid a quality assurance fee and had 3 day shipping. Somehow almost two whole weeks later I received a MacBook that was unusable because it was locked to a business or a school or agency or something. Probably stolen. They offered to send me another one or my money back. I chose my money back and I just got it today and its been 3 weeks since I purchased it now Im out all of that time i needed it for work and still dont have one. I would not buy from them. This was my third purchase from them and they just lost a customer for sure.

    The service has gone down the drain I used to feel safe Orting phones from them cause it was so easy to contact them and get help. Now I'm searching the internet for ways to actually get assistance. All they have is an AI bot with pre determined words to click on nd even when you do it says I can handle that go to help center which is a never ending loop to no where.I bought a phone off them that was sapose to be in excellent condition ends up it was a botched repair job that they didn't even replace the factory adhesive for the screen and now I'm trying to send it back and only option is to get it repaired by the same people who botched it the first time. This is my cell phone I use to run my business and no one can help me and I'm screwed. Went from a great service a few years ago to another corporate pump and dump money scheme

    A good experience & the phone was in excellent condition. The “Quick Transfer” that was sent by email did not transfer contacts, text history, etc. Had to resort to REMOVEDtransfer.

    Have had nothing but trouble from the get go with this company. I tried to cancel my order within 20 mins of ordering. I was unable to do so. Box arrived from some other company (Back market appears to be a broker of some type, so you have no idea where your phone is coming from.) Phone arrived with absolutely no paperwork, nor a return label as was promised. I ordered the exact same phone from another company for REMOVEDdollars cheaper. Both showed up the same day, neither with any paperwork and now Back Market is stating they got the wrong phone returned. My bank is doing a charge back. Very very unprofessional business.

    gotta love backmarket. I've gotten a laptop 2 iphone SE2 and an ipad and all of the products were amazing. The phones and laptops came with no scratches and looked brand new. The iPad had a little chip on the corner but nothing to worry about, still an amazing purchase. My niece loves her iPad, I love my iMac my son is happy with his phone and my wife's phone is outstanding I ordered good condition and it came in perfect condition and with a 94% battery.... Amazing! My parents are going to finally jump on the refurbished bandwagon. Love backmarket
