    Honestly crazy how easy and cheap it was to get a quality new phone from Back Market. I like their cute emails and I liked the process of picking out a phone. Will be back- high recommend.

    Idk y people hate so much on this company some times I dont really think some of the reviews are really genuine I have ordered from this place twice I boght a iPhone 8 4years ago and it has been running grate I boght it in good condition and it came with 95% battery life and has been running strong but needed a upgrade so I bought a iPhone ********************************************************************************* excellent condition with 94% battery life am have been so satisfied with my purchase and back market am so confident on recommending people this company 10/10 service will be bk again for a 3rd time????

    I ha a great experience with this company. The purchasing was easy, and I received the product in a timely manner. I sent in my trade in, and was reimbursed quickly for the value that I expected. I've dealt with a fair number of companies offering used electronics, with not always great experiences. But I highly recommend this company for purchasing used technology. It's the best and easiest time I've had.

    I am not happy with my purchase of my iPhone 13 Pro Max. A day after I receive the phone I found out that it doesnt charge wirelessly. I have been trying to get an email response of what I can do to exchange the phone. To no avail they havent sent me an email back. I dont want them to stall until the 30 day warranty is up before they respond. Wish I could contact a person or get a phone number to speak to someone. Again I am very disappointed with this purchase

    I have used Back Market to purchase two iPhones and a Mac Mini. The iPhones I purchased were in excellent condition and I have not experienced any issues with them. The MacMini computer has also performed without any issues and was received in excellent condition. I will definitely use Back Market in the future.
