      The subscription auto renewed. I emailed within an hour of the charge. I was told that I could not cancel my subscription as it was against their policy. I am disputing the charge. Super disappointed about this experience.

      The classes are poor quality and consumers are better off going to youtube. Skillshare does not have an instructional design team to work with creators to produce good quality courses. I am an instructional designer, so I can recognize good quality courses. I have not seen one yet. Their refund policy is garbage and keeping money from people after they have participated in a 14+ day trial is abhorrent. They already know that if people sign up for a trial then the longer the trial, the more likely it is they will forget to cancel before the trial runs out. Not offering a refund for those trials is poor practice.

      Awful. If you pay for the year in advance and then want to cancel, they will not let you even though they say CANCEL ANYTIME. Also, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to even get to a LOGIN page. This is an AWFUL company.

      This company is a SCAM!! I have never even know it existed until I got charged $165 on my CC. How can this be possible? How can it still be scamming people after all these reports?

      The classes are barely glorified ******* videos you have to pay for, and when I contacted them for a refund they informed me that it was possible, offered me a discounted rate and when I responded saying that I'm not interested they informed me they hadn't heard from me and would be keeping my money.

      I purchased the service on July 17, 2021 for $117.51, thinking this it is for one year only. I pulled my Welcome email from Skill Share, which states that the next charge would be for $117.51 on Sat, July 16th, 2022. As soon as I became aware that $167.88 was taken from my account on July 17, 2022, I immediately cancelled my account and never used the app again. I filed a complaint with ****** to get my money back over 5 plus times, but, the rep at ****** coded that I didn't received the product which is behooving and therefore, ruled in Skill Share favor based up their response that I received the product, which is not the issue. Today, I have filed another complaint to get my money with ****** and Skill Share as I received an email to come back. I forwarded the Welcome email to Skill Share to show them what they said I would be charged ($117.51) and awaiting a refund for $167.88.
      This Skill Share tacti has forced me to not sign up with any apps as I believe they are all going to be deceitful in their practices.

      This company is a total scam. I received a random email on the 31st of December out of the blue at 4:31am from ****** telling me that this company charged me $165 for a 'subscription'. I thought it was a phasing email so I checked my ******. The only time I'd ever heard of this company was through a ******* Promotion. I think it is criminal what this company is doing. they took the last penny from my bank account with no warning. Now I can't buy gas. I hope this company will face criminal repercussions from their shady business practices and get me my FULL REFUND. I contacted them and they essentially spit in my face offering me 50% REFUND?! Absolutely criminal. The individuals behind this company deserve everything coming to them.
