              1.) They fraudulently charge my account of $350.00 tip. This was not authorized. When I complained via phone **** said h*** speak to accounting to refund me but never happened.2.) I hired them to move my stuff with the amount of $1,004.88 then they brought another person which i never agreed, the agreement was two men then billed me for $160.00 for the third man. Then jacked up the **** to $1,754.92.3.) The $100.00 deposit was never applied to $1,754.92 3.) There is no parking meter between ************ and **********., and charged me $5.00 for this. 4.) They said they called me but never did. 5.) They stole my small tv.6.) Broke the bird cage. They tried to fix this but wasnt fix.7.) They also broke the back of book case and chair and stated that was there before which was not true. 8.) I asked for the name and address of the owner or manager or person in charge but was told they cant give me those.9.) They also stole my expensive coffee table and sofa pillows.

              I recently had a great experience with Great Movers. They provided me with a reasonable quote. The movers themselves were friendly, efficient, and professional. They managed to complete the move within the estimated time and were very respectful towards my belongings and the spaces they were working in. I would highly recommend their services.
