5 starsZavki and his team were fantastic! They arrived on time, efficiently packed up my entire house, and did a great job labeling the boxes for easy unpacking. They also expertly disassembled and reassembled the furniture. Even though the move-in involved a narrow staircase, they handled it with ease. Another incredible moving experience! This is the second time we have used Great Movers, and we are always extremely happy with their service. This time, we had the pleasure of having ****'s team help us, and they were incredibly efficient and provided quality service. Not one door was banged while moving into our 4-bedroom house! Hired this company April 17th 24, it was a big local move. I discovered several of my boxes were missing. I notified the company. They promied me that the manager would get back to me. As of this date, I have not heard from this this company, no attempts to resolve this issue was made.NYC Great Movers

This will help us verify the details of your move and ensure that we address your complaint appropriately. Without this crucial information, it is challenging for us to investigate further and provide a resolution.
Additionally, it is important to note that we have procedures in place to promptly address and resolve any issues reported by our customers. If a legitimate concern had been raised, our manager would have certainly reached out to you to address the matter. We have no record of any such communication or any attempts to contact our management regarding missing boxes from a move on the specified date.

5 starsWow! This is the best moving company. The price is good, and the movers are kind, trustworthy, and professional. I moved out of my home today, and I have to say, request movers **** and ***. They wasted no time and got all my items moved in under three hours. Both workers were fast, and I feel like the money I spent was well deserved. The whole experience was nice and easy. 5 starsNYC Great Movers is an amazing company. My boss recommended them to me, and I'm so glad she did. ***** and ******* were professional, fast, and accommodating. They arrived early, which we were thrilled about, and even though we had to make an unexpected second stop, they took it all in stride and were friendly and helpful. It was one of the easiest moves I've ever had, and it was all thanks to them. They made a typically stressful and awful thing like moving delightful!
