            Time after time , I get a not connected to the internet while In the middle of usually toward the endof a market research survey . Its common on surveys ending in *************** , to the point where survey panels will tell you up front they arent responsible for errors in these surveys . I cant get a response on any customer service email for forsta, which is why Im writing here . 1) what can be done to avoid this issue when taking these surveys . 2) what happens to the data when this error happens at the end during routing for credit ? Is the data still used ? *****************************************************************

            Very unprofessional. Pretty obvious that they only care about profit. Poor survey designs, and rude endings. Try putting any disqualification questions up front. You're not entitled to any information if you're not going to pay anything after disqualification. And not transferring back to the router is just petty and childish. You cheat the survey participant, even though it would incur no expense to you. Clearly lazy and unscrupulous management. Best to avoid the bad public relations that this agency generates.
