Time after time , I get a not connected to the internet while In the middle of usually toward the endof a market research survey . Its common on surveys ending in *************** , to the point where survey panels will tell you up front they arent responsible for errors in these surveys . I cant get a response on any customer service email for forsta, which is why Im writing here . 1) what can be done to avoid this issue when taking these surveys . 2) what happens to the data when this error happens at the end during routing for credit ? On September 27th, 2021 I received an email invitation from ************** who is either owned by or an associate of FocusVision asking me participate in a music rating survey that would payout $40 within 6 weeks after completing it. I completed it before the deadline, but more than 6 weeks have passed and I have not received payout and I have not received any response from the company asking for information why I haven't. Attached are screenshots of the emails I received.
