I need assistance immediately, ****** called claiming to be from my healthfirst rep. I have no verification? I had no info of when or who not even a caller I.d came up that said from health first? Thats sketchy, I never agreed to a call. You have to ask permission. You cant just bully people.. I have no letter? I have no info to verify they work for hralthfirst.. no scheduled time no number that says from health first. There is ********** happens daily..people that makeup anything to steal information from other vulnerable people to hurt them scams all the time . How do I know? I need a letter, I need a last name a first name. Why are they calling me? I dont want to be dead, they ask for personal info. Thats dangerous on recorded line? I never agreed to a phone call or want a call..Whoever this person is that called cut off my insurance???. I said cant talk to them and asked them to send a letter. Nothing wrong with thatThis person is a terrible, hatful, bully a real vicious person to not to send a letter and email or something before calling me. I dont have to talk to them. Its not mandatory. They were rude Did not even ask if a good time for me bulldozed me. She Demanded I talk to her..,,,.I dont want to be hurt. I dont want to be robbed this is horrible treatment to punish me for being careful. This is America and people die every second from criminals coming up with lies.. I am not signing up to be killed. This person should be fired for doing something like that placing me in danger now I cant even go to hospital. I have o.t and p.t I am injured and they had to be spiteful and abuse there power.. they are very sick and have no right to mistreat and abuse me because I want to safeguard what I have.. I dont have anyone to protect me :( I dont have a bodyguard.I am a peaceful person.
