On 3/2, I purchased 5 Hair You Go bundles from Ipsy. The bundles had 3 products, one of which was the Act + Acre Intelligent Hair Towel. When the bundles arrived, 2 of the items were missing. I only received the Intelligent Hair Towels. I contacted **** and received a partial refund for the missing items.PLEASE NOTE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS FOR THE 5 HAIR TOWELS. Inside the boxes for the hair towels were coupons for a free scalp treatment product for Ipsy subscribers (attached). I bought 5 hair towels in 5 boxes with 5 coupons promising 5 free scalp treatment products.I contacted Act + Acre. On 3/28/2023 customer service agent ***** promised to send the 5 free scalp treatments (see attachment) and asked for proof of purchase (also attached), which I supplied.The next morning at 6:47 am (?!?!) I received a phone call from Act + Acre's number (see attachment). 2 minutes later, ***** emailed to ask if it was OK to call (note: it's basically never OK to call a customer at 6:47 am. It's definitely not OK to call me at 6:47 am) with "additional information". I responded, "feel free to text". After that, I have received a **************** Survey, which I have refrained from filling out, and no further communication.I am a verified purchaser, an Ipsy subscriber, have supplied documentation, and was promised 5 free scalp treatment products.I am seeking the following resolution:1) send me the promised 5 free scalp treatment products.2) never call me on the phone, especially not at 6:47 am.Thank you,***************************
