    Zero stars Terrible experience.No customer service.Young man laughed at me.Said too bad!Said oh well!Wants to charge me more to fix their mistake.DO NOT USE THIS OVERPRICED SCAM OF TICKET ***********.

    Total scam of a company. Its a wonder how theyre still in business. Deceptive about the services they offer. **************** was horrendous. Lost hundreds of dollars. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

    I will give 1 star because 0 stars is not available. Much stress over the holidays - due to StubHub I purchased two sets of tickets for Creed for Riverbend for Aug 2nd. My son selected Section 600 as his gift. My tickets state Section 600 / Row S / Seats 1655-1656. I finally got through to Riverbend. There is NO 1655-1656, as you can see by their seating chart. They have a 655, but not even a 656! I have sent several emails and get the canned responses that my satisfaction is important? I have requested a manager contact me by phone. No call yet.Now, I am doubting the Section 700 I purchased to be real!Also purchased 2 tickets for Styx at Riverbend on Aug 23rd. No row or seat assignments and no update as to when they will be received. Why wouldn't they KNOW what they sold to me?Took my money for 3 sets of tickets, spent a lot of money, and have no answers on 2 of them and not comfortable with the 3rd.

    Sent me the wrong tickets, said they would reimburse my account after being on hold for over an hour, then never did. Called again and waited 1:15. Same result. Wanted to give me 25% off my next purchase. Basically stole $464. Never again. They need to be shut down.

    I sold 4 tickets that I purchased together from Ticketmaster. They were sold on StubHub and I was only paid for 2 tickets. customer service is saying two of the guests were not able to get in. I have been disputing this for over a month and continue to get the same response our team is working on this. How many team members need to work on one simple payment for over a month is beyond me! Never again!

    In March 2023 I purchased tickets to ****************** Crue in ********, ** for $516.55. Row 8 seats 5 & 10! 3 days before the event, my tickets "were not able to be delivered"! My friend and I live 4 hours from the event and were leaving and spending a long weekend in ********!! NO TICKETS! The day of the event, StubHub "guaranteed" my tickets and refunded my $516.55. Then sent tickets for row 322 seats C6-7 to my phone. These were nosebleed seats going for $38 each. StubHub then proceeded to charge me $516.55 for these tickets!!!!! They would not refund any portion of the original amount charged. I believe this was a classic bait and switch scam!!!

    StubHub sales tickets for concerts that are already canceled. Then you cant get your money back until the concert is rescheduled. that could be months. If a concert is canceled, you should be able to get your money back immediately. You dont buy a ticket for a concert you buy a ticket for a certain date for a concert. Another date might not be what you want.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STUBHUB!!! I purchased Raiders tickets for my husband's Birthday as he wanted to go to ***************** in *********. The two tickets cost around $850.00. We thought we received the tickets but they were not in any place in our phone or Apple wallet-of course it showed the purchased but when you went to claim the tickets-it stated that the tickets were calmed, expired or rescinded by the owner-I was in a panic because this was the only reason we were going to make the trip. Stubhub (that was in conjunction with ticket master-I did call ticket master as well and was told the problem was on the side Stubhub) would not talk to me as it was days before our event-I contacted the them 6 times through virtual chat and was told that will not issue me a refund but send me a link to get equal or better tickets-to which I told them I would gladly except. No email ***********-I attempted to contact them for the next four days. I was told that they would escalate it to the "Relevant Team." The Relevant Team never contacted me. The only emails stated "how are we doing?" I tried one last time and would not leave the chat until I get contact from the Relevant Team which the person stated I would get the email after the chat-but that I had to end the chat .I finally got off the chat as the person said I had no activity after 40 seconds. Again I never received any email or contact. I finally gave up and decided to dispute the charge and purchase tickets from Ticketmaster directly. My info was flagged for some reason but luckily my mother used her credit card and purchased the tickets and transferred them to me so we were able to go-I disputed the charge with my credit card and submitted several documents, attempts etc as Stubhub would not give me a refund-thankfully after faxing around ***** pages of documentation of contacts etc. I received a refund from my bank. If you have to contact the online customer service chats-copy and save the conversations.

    I bought 2 tickets that were $450 each. At the end of purchase I was charged $1300. I immediately tried to stop the purchase without success. I then notified PayPal where a dispute was opened. I also notified my bank. I have been unable to talk to anyone at stub hub. Only able to text for assistance. I was eventually told by stub hub they needed a copy of the denial from PayPal in order to resolve the situation and give me the refund. They sent me an email which I could upload the information sent by ****** saying denied. Unable to get this to work. Notified stub hub again thru text and received the same email with the same end result. *** been told the case has been moved to where it needs to be resolved but no one has contacted me. The only way I can contact them is thru text and each time I have had to start over from the very beginning. There are numbers listed to call but never successful. This has been the biggest run around. Its now been way over a month and the only response from them is the email which does not allow me to share the information they say they need.

    Terrible experience. Hold your money for months. Do not deliver tickets. Only give you money back at last minute and you have to pay alot more money to go to event. They do not penalize sellers who can get more for ticket but use the listing in case they do not get more money will release last minute
