    Although the fees and taxes are high, the communication about my tickets was excellent and everything was very easy to understand and handle. Had a great time too!

    My husband bought me tickets in early May 2025 to see *** **** in ** on 8/1/25. It was $500 for our 2 seats. He also prepaid for parking. He constantly checked the app in the weeks leading up to the show and the tickets were never delivered. He tried their chat feature at least 6 times leading up to the day of the show and was reassured each time that the tickets would be delivered by 4pm that day. Needless to say that never happened. He then reached out 3 times after 4pm on the day of the show and was told the seller would not release the tickets, but they would give us 2 other seats (general admission) despite the fact that we paid for premium seats. When my husband refused that offer and asked for a refund, the chat agent disconnected the chat, all 3 times. They said they need to review our refund request for 72 hours to determine if we are owed a refund. I am confident every single person employed by Stubhub (from the pathetic chat agents to the slimy executives) does not have a soul, never mind any morals. I dont know how they are still operating their crooked business. I dont expect we will ever get our refund based on the other ***** reviews I have read in the past 3 hours. This screams class action lawsuit!

    Do NOT trust StubHub especially for major events.I purchased tickets back in January for the Bad Bunny concert in *********** ******* date). StubHub said the tickets would be emailed on the day of the event but they never arrived.After multiple calls and long hold times, we were offered alternative tickets and told to wait. Two hours passed, and still nothing. StubHub agents eventually said our only option was a refund even though their FanProtect Guarantee clearly states were entitled to comparable or better tickets if something goes wrong.What makes this worse is that we found better tickets available online at that very moment and StubHubs team flat-out refused to honor their policy. Every time we asked to speak to a supervisor or someone with decision-making authority, we were either placed on hold indefinitely or hung up on.We flew to *********** specifically for this concert paying inflated prices for flights, hotels, and everything else. If we had known StubHub would leave us stranded, we would have traveled at another time and avoided the unnecessary expense. This ruined what should have been an unforgettable experience.StubHub failed to deliver what they promised. Their customer service was evasive and dismissive, and their guarantee means nothing if they refuse to stand by it. I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend booking directly through official sources like Ticketmaster to avoid what happened to us.

    I purchased 2 tickets to the Cincinnati Music Festival Section *************************************************************** that I did not have ********* section access as advertised on the Stub Hub website. Called stub hub and they told me to discard the ********* part as advertised but there was nothing they could do about my ticket!!

    I sold black pink tickets on feb 27th 2025 and transferred them . i put my payment information in and SSN as per the new policy. in april, i received a notification that someone purchased baseball tickets twice for games that aren't even in my state. i called them and said this was fraud and I took my information off the site, with the idea that i would put my payment information back in after the actual concert which was july 12th. I had to get a new card from my bank and they refunded me my money, stubhub emailed me a few days later saying they found NO fraud charges on my account when they did their investigation. flash forward to july 12th, I attempt to log into my account to put my payment information in so i can get the 1k for the tickets i sold in feb. i wasn't able to log in, so i pressed " forgot my password" no link was sent to my email. so i call stubhub and was told they would take my issue to the correct department and i would hear back in 3-4 days. i chatted on the 13th and learned that my account was locked due to the fraud charges, i was not made aware this has happened and they said it would be 3- 4 days and i would receive an email. I didn't hear anything, so i chatted again for a total of 6 different people and times and i get the same answer 3-4 days ill receive an update. the last person i spoke to stated that she will be the person handling my case and i would receive an email in 3-4 days. today is day of 4 and i still have not received an email and im still locked out of my account. ********************** has my 1k. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
