I sold an all sessions ticket to the mens final 4. That included two games on Saturday and the national championship game on Monday. Order number *********. The buyer stated there was an issue with that ticket. Stubhubs email system did NOT notify me of an issue. Stubhub allowed the buyer to cancel the sale, but the buyer did NOT return the all-sessions ticket to me so I could resell it and mitigate my loss of sale. Stubhub told me that because the buyer did not return the ticket to me, they charged the buyer the cost of the ticket and then sent that payment to me. The payment for that order from stubhub to me was $719.10. Subsequently, Stubhub charged me $1,438.20. This charge is noted nowhere in my stubhub account. No email was sent to me, no phone call was made to me. When I called Stubhub to ask about the charge, they couldnt explain it to me. It was escalated for further review. I explained that Im going to also escalate and file complaints with my state AG office and BBB, and when the issue is resolved to my satisfaction, I will withdraw my complaints.
