    StubHub does not allow all available event tickets to be shown to buyers. It has a default filter set for ticket buyers to only view their Recommended Tickets. Ticket listings that do not fall within an algorithm rating are hidden from a buyer's view. A buyer would need to know to locate a toggle switch within the filter function to be able to view all other available tickets. By doing this, sellers are not able to fairly sell their event tickets against their selectedly ranked tickets.

    I bought tickets to Beetlejuice the broadway show and while i was checking out I realized it is for the wrong timing. I wanted for 6:30 pm and accidentally bought tickets for 1pm. I immediately chatted online to refund the tickets but to my dismay i was told this is not possible. I had no option but to put it for resale hoping that someone would buy. Stubhub should have at least half an hour window after buying the tickets to refund every online business has it. Now I have lost my $271 dollars and cant even watch the show as there is a prior commitment the same time

    Thieves and encouraging theft.General admission tickets were 67 bucks.I clicked on map where I wanted to sit, two tickets pop up a5 row 19 2 seats together, I clicked but and purchased them for 678 , no tickets came although order was May 9 seller would not release tickets until day of . I write several times to StubHub attempting to get info on my seats , they would just say yes you are on the field.Tickets arrive and they are general admission, because I used StubHub, Ticketmaster would not accommodate me in anyway as it was not their doing.I highly recommend you use any service other than StubHub .

    I purchased concert tickets months in advance for a May 31, 2024 show. The day of the show, I noticed the tickets they sent were not what I purchased. After contacting **************** via live chat (No number to talk to a real person) I was told the issue would be escalated. Then I received an email saying the tickets I was sent were no longer valid, that the seller could not provide the tickets I purchased, and they offered me two standing room only general admission tickets for the same price as my balcony seats that I originally purchased. Oh and with a $2 discount. I think they just take your money, generate a couple tickets, email them out and hope they dont get caught! Reading through these reviews - they appear to do this ALOT! BUYER BEWARE - they are THIEVES.

    A week and a half prior to our event. The event canceled emailed and talk to customer service and requested a refund back to the original credit card of purchase. I was denied my refund, however, given a credit for the purchase price valid for one year. I explained I do not want the credit. This was a gift for my wife, and we do not attend events. Their web site guarantees a cash refund. I supplied them with all receipts necessary for refund in an email. They still refused to refund the original credit card. They gave me a credit valid for one year. I absolutely do not want the credit for many reasons. They are not honoring their end of the deal.

    I will NEVER use this website/company again. First, they charged me $152 in fees for the four tickets I purchased, and due to a medical emergency, we are not able to make the show so I listed them for sale on StubHub. It took me almost a full day to even get my listing to post because their website is horrifically slow. I ended up having to call customer service because the website wouldn't load and I had no idea if my listing was live or not. The customer service recording told me it would be a 20min hold, so I opted for the callback option. 2.5 HOURS LATER someone returned my call. Fast forward, my tickets ended up selling, which is great, but what they dont tell you is you dont get ANY of the fee money back when selling, AND you dont get paid for your sale until 8 days AFTER the event! So, not only am I out $152, I dont get the $400+ that I am owed until the end of June!

    StubHub used to be great at resolving customer issues but their FanProtect policy is misleading and their current management doesnt appear to care.A seller refused to send 100 level that I purchased at top dollar to see the ******* at the ****** on May 25. I paid hundreds of dollars to fly to ********* and reconnect with a friend I havent seen in years. Instead of hanging with a friend, I spent at least four to five hours of a 24 hour trip arguing with StubHubs representatives to find out when I would get clarity on those tickets. Each representative said I would get comparable tickets to the ones I paid for if my order wasnt delivered. When the order wasnt delivered, instead of offering similar seats, they offered ********* square GA tickets and acknowledged its not the same value. They basically said I can have a refund and good luck in finding seats. All of this occurred within two hours before the game. I had to spend another 20 mins searching for tickets as opposed to enjoying time in **. StubHub needs to do a better job with its FanProtect. The last time this happened under **** was six years ago and they reached out, apologized and offered an upgraded experience. I have sent numerous emails to Stubs entire C-Suite to no response. The government is currently looking at Ticketmaster but they should also be looking at StubHub considering their so-called FanProtect policy isnt doing its job.
