      I had a parking ticket instead of a concert ticket for an event that I didnt need a parking ticket and thought it was a concert that was bought by your site SeatGeek. I am demanding my refund for this Unauthorized payment of a parking ticket .

      Date of transaction: 10/17/2022 Amount: $1,230 On the date above, I went to purchase tickets on SeatGeek using a digital screen reader for accessibility. I joined the online ticket queue and when it was my turn, I used the screen reader to filter out all third-party reseller tickets from the website. I initiated my search and was informed that "no matching tickets were found" and I was prompted to refresh my search. Their website deceitfully removed the search filter to remove third-party tickets on the refresh. Upon refresh, I thought I was purchasing tickets directly from the vendor as per my previous filter. This was not immediately clear to me due to my use of a screen reader. Immediately after submitting my order, and checking the confirmation I realized that the tickets were in fact from a third party, which is what I intended to avoid when using their website in the first place. I have contacted SeatGeek and explained this situation to them via phone and via email, but they refuse to refund these tickets that I do not want. Furthermore, they will not release the tickets to me until 24 hours prior to the event, making it nearly impossible for me to recoup the cost. Overall this was a mistake, largely caused by their user interface which I find to be deceptive and predatory.

      I noticed a charge from Seat Geek on my credit card statement that I did not recognize. I went to my seat geek acct and saw tickets listed that I knew I had not purchased ( a football game ). My card info was stored on their website. I attempted multiple times to contact the company. There is no customer service phone. I followed the chat instructions fro help and support and was unable to get help. AT that point I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have had that card locked so that no other charges could be placed, Seat Geek did not have my permission to use this card to purchase tickets.

      On December 9th, I purchased tickets to the UH vs Alabama basketball game through seat geek for December 10th. My order number is ***********. I received an email that my 2 tickets were confirmed. When I showed up to the game, I could not locate tickets in the seat geek app, seat geek website, or uh website. I called seat geek a total of 3 times to try to get tickets. I was repeatedly told the seller was being contacted to re-transfer tickets to no avail. The UH ticket booth could not locate my tickets because they are not affiliated with seat geek. This was a very traumatic situation for myself and my wife.

      I had searched for a same day show in ****** **.When they didnt have results they presented options **** miles away.It wasnt clear that the location had been changed and there was no way to make the presented show.The company offers no customer support who is willing to listen to the issue.
