              I purchased 3 tickets for **** admission for me and my 2 kids. Headout is who you pay **** to order online. When I placed the order for $240.00 with Headout they processed my order but it was for **** in ******* and not **** in *******. Immediately after payment I seen this error and contacted head out and they refused To refund me so I could book again for **** ******* instead of **** *******. The said no refunds and it was their policy. I explained to them I ordered minutes ago and need to change the **** state since I live in ******* not ******* and they offered me a ***** digital wallet refund only.               Bought a ticket from them for a historical site in **** because I was redirected there by a legit-looking website. The booking screen says one thing namely that you can enter the site anytime during opening hours and your actual ticket says another, that you have to be there at a specific time. I bought tickets on the same day and couldnt get to the site at the time on my ticket. My ticket was unusable when I tried to go later. Now they refuse to refund me. Dont use them unless you like losing money. They are deceptive and borderline scammers.
