    I purchased two pairs of everyday ear buds on 11/22/22 from Raycon Global because one of the biggest sellers were they guaranteed never to fall out as I am disabled and have to rely on assisted devices to get around. I looked over all the reviews and the majority a big majority were extremely positive. So when they finally arrived on Tuesday 11/29/22 I along with my husband were elated to try them and omg the sound quality is amazing the style everything was great that's u til my husband took me out for a run and by the time we got home we noticed one of the ear buds were gone. We went back and retraced our movement and no earbud and of course because I am disabled it made me think it was my fault and I started crying because I am on a fixed income and this was a spurge from me and my husband to each other. I have spent an email to ************************ and have not heard anything. Not sure what's more upsetting the fact it did fall out or that no one wants to answer you. All I want is another pair because to me they are amazing except the falling out ****.

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the behalf of ***********************************. Unfortunately, loss is not covered under the terms of our one-year warranty. We have the terms of our one year limited warranty are posted on our website (*************************************************). ************************ was offered, and accepted, a 30% discount which she did use to purchase a new pair (see correspondence and order record for new purchase).
