    I have been trying to contact them for hours and no one will answer the phone. Why do they have 3 separate phone numbers if no one answers any of them? Absolutely ridiculous. I have an extremely urgent problem I need to take care of and I cannot get in contact with them to save my life.

    I have made this transaction on 29June 2023.and I paid $ 185 for the evaluation.And they was supposed to evaluate my diploma,But the didn't contact me since then and I check the status online it say its canceled with no further explanation what went wrong and I check the college its legit. And they didn't do anything to resolve my problem even after trying to contact them numerous time but didn't succeed.

    I requested a Engineering Course Analysis evaluation and it was completed on July 10, 2023 but checking all the subjects I realized one of them is misspelled, I already sent around three emails and I tried to call many times to the offices but they just don't answer.Till now I have no answer or correction about the modification I requested and also I paid for a Evaluation copy to my Address and I haven't received anything yet.

    I have submitted a request for Education Evaluation on 01/13/23, Case Number - ********* and paid $135 for education evaluation and paid $120 for education verification.But to my surprise on 01/20/23, they delivered incomplete 'Evaluation Report' without completing education verification.I have sent a mail on 01/23/23 ,pointing out that it is same 'EVALUATOR' who also did my evaluation through another Company and two reports are not matching ,though I am the same person with same education. I, therefore,requested to deliver the corrected 'Evaluation Report', after completing the verification.Till now I have sent FOUR emails but never ever got any reply or feedback from 'SpanTran'.Its looks like, this is a fraudulent organization, who does education evaluation their own without using any qualified 'evaluator' and use an 'evaluators' name to make client's fool.

    I First contacted Spantran to make a transcript validation. I wanted to verify that the documents I had were the proper one. After they confirmed that they were ok, I purchased a five day delivery plan since I have strict deadlines in my applications to universities. It Has been eight day since I made that purchase and didn't hear from them or receive an answer from all the email I sent.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by SpanTran Evaluation Services regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because they send me the material late and they don't want to give me a compensation or an explanation. Also, I need a modification and they are not answering.

    I ordered a transcript evaluation and paid several hundred dollars to Spantran. However the evaluation that was performed was not only incomplete, but also incorrect. I either would like to have a refund or a restatement of the evaluation.

    I paid SpanTran Evaluation Services in November 2022 to do an updated evaluation on my international medical school degrees, a repeat of what was done in 2013. The updated evaluation was required because SpanTran does not keep copies of previous evaluations for more than five (5) years, a sneaky way to force you to have an updated evaluation. I was okay with having to repeat the process because there had been no changes ... the same schools, the same degrees with absolutely no changes. The 2013 evaluation came back with regional equivalency for my M.S., MD and PhD ******** The November 2022 evaluation came back reporting that my four (4) years of full time medical school work (in which I graduated with an MD degree) was only equivalent to a M.S. ******* Students from my medical school class with MD degrees from my school went on to residency training and physician licensure. SpanTran had no problem reporting my degree as equivalent to a regional MD degree in 2013. They gave no explanation of the change other than their "standards" had changed. Had they told me that in the beginning of the engagement, I would have selected another evaluation company. It is obvious that the evaluator(s) in 2022 have no knowledge or understanding of how to evaluate a medical school. This whole evaluation process was a total disservice to me because of the incompetency of the evaluator(s). I needed this equivalency report so that I could gain admission to graduate school.
