I requested an academic credential evaluation from SpanTran to support my graduate school application. My university is based in the ************** and follows the British marking criteria, which is clearly stated on my official transcript.Upon receiving the evaluation report, I was shocked to find that my GPA was calculated as 1.03 on the **** 4.0 scale. This is an extremely inaccurate representation of my academic performance. I contacted SpanTran to raise my concerns. I provided documentation, including the official transcript that explicitly references the British marking criteria. However, SpanTran only responded with a generic explanation of their GPA calculation process and failed to acknowledge or properly address the specific issue related to the misinterpretation of my UK-based ********* verify the accuracy of my concern, I used the *** GPA Calculator and selected ************** as my country of education. The result from *** calculated my GPA as 3.3, which is a far more accurate reflection of my academic performance. Additionally, I consulted Scholaros grade conversion chart, which similarly confirmed that my UK grades should convert to a significantly higher GPA under the **** system. I submitted both the *** result and the Scholaro grade equivalency chart to SpanTran as supporting evidence, but they refused to review my case or amend their evaluation.This inaccurate evaluation from SpanTran has jeopardized my graduate school application process, as deadlines are fast approaching and I am left with an incorrect GPA on my academic records. Despite providing substantial evidence, SpanTran has not taken any steps to correct their evaluation or offer a refund.Due to SpanTrans failure to provide an accurate evaluation and their refusal to correct the error after I provided sufficient supporting evidence, I am seeking a full refund of the evaluation fee to compensate for the damage and inconvenience caused.Initial Complaint

The company spantran is not responding to any of my inquiries after payment made to them on two occasions total 290 and tnlw there asking for more money to translate in international school credits from ******* so I can join. School in nursing school in ******** You repsonse turn around time are unacceptable I been calling you ******** office since 9am and I keep paying your fees every time you tell me and your not responding with the translated course certificate, I shall file a complaint with the better business bureau with your organization I paid the company more then 290 dollars and there keep asking for more money so a course by course a analysis and they don't answer their phones I been calling there office for the past two hours and just get hold music and no one is responding to my emails on how long I should keep waiting for the documenta for my schoolz there a scam company and are operating unethical business practices and cheating customers out of hard earned moneyCustomer Answer

Re: Document Requirements for Evaluation (SpanTran *********) ] Why didn't you say so earlier? I've been trying to reach you. I bought it for five days of certification. If you are short of materials why not say in advance!! I've been calling you guys every day. Either don't answer or wait. It's so hard to get a hold of you. I've been on the phone every day. I have asked you many times what materials are needed. Our school does not support sending emails. So it had to be mailed. But the journey to ***************** takes at least 10 days. Despite multiple attempts to contact SpanTran, I have not received any response, and my calls have gone unanswered. I have also reached out to my universities, and they have informed me that there is no backlog on their end.In light of this, I have requested SpanTran to provide me with details such as the payment receipt or application number. This information would enable me to follow up with the university directly to inquire about the verification status. I have paid the bill for evaluation on Submitted on: Sun Nov 19 23:02:14 GMT 2023 in which i paid 180$ and promised to be delivered within 10 working days,I have opted for my previous university to deliver my official trancript to Spantran,and my University deliver to them through their ******* Office on 27th Novembet 2023 with my case Number ********* but up to date they still respond to me that they are waiting for documents from my previous University regardless of my several times contacting them and showing evidence that my university sent to them and they have already delivered from DHLCustomer Answer

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Spantran Education Services for their failure to provide services as promised, along with inadequate customer support. On October 9, 2023, I paid $340 for an evaluation of my daughter's grades from two separate international high schools. The service was promised to be completed within 10 days. As of today, October 30, 2023, the evaluation has still not been completed.Compounding this issue, Spantran mistakenly closed my case, marking it as completed. I had to call to reopen the case, for which they admitted fault. Despite their promise to finalize the evaluation by the end of the day when the error was acknowledged, I have yet to receive the completed service.Attempts to resolve this through their customer service have been exceedingly frustrating. I have been forced to endure wait times of ***** minutes for each call, and even then, the assistance has been lacking and error-prone. On one occasion, a customer service representative was even referencing the wrong case number, despite my having provided the correct one.This is an unacceptable level of service, particularly for a matter as crucial as educational evaluation. Spantran has taken my money but failed to deliver the service I paid for, while also providing subpar customer support.Initial Complaint

I received my course-by-course evaluation from Spantran on JUNE 26, 2023 but the evaluation is not accurate. I contacted them asking for a review and they say it would take them from 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS to get back to me but they NEVER DID. I sent them two other email since then asking why they would reply. As of September 7, 2023, nothing has been answered, NO emails back, NO answer AT ALL.
