    Worst evaluation service ever. It's been more than a year but they have't done their job.

    They never care about customer satisfaction! I want to talk about a bad experience I had. I applied to Spantran for the evaluation of my graduation certificate. During the application, I also requested a translation of my document and paid a total fee of $75. Then they e-mailed me and demanded another $85! During the application, they did not tell me that they would charge extra fees! That's why I requested a refund and cancellation of the service. Even though they had not made any action yet but they said that they would deduct a $50 processing fee and then refund $25! They just caring about the money They don't care about service and customers! I never recommend this company to anyone! There are a lot of evaluation companies, choose one but stay away from this company! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!
