    Hailify has stated that they delivered my package but instead they did not. When i called them they refused to even talk to the drive (whom i suspect stole my package). They left me with two images that do not show anything and looks like the driver took them in the truck. Their customer service is horrible.

    They delivered a package to me tge delivery instructions were to bring the package to my door and ring bell instead the package was left on the floor in the lobby and it was taken by someone else also it was left in in front of someone else's mailbox I've contacted the company several times no one has responded to any of my requests

    This company left my package outside my apartment building in the street and it was stolen. I've been contacting these days idiots for four days and continue to get the run around. Temu is refusing to submit a refund or reshipment and hailify isn't doing anything but sending me text messages to contact temu.

    The company supposed to deliver purchases but never did, even though I spoke with them multiple times.

    I placed an order thru ************* in November. Their carrier was Hailify. They claim they delivered my package and submitted a photo of my package and someone else's porch. The packages are not even the same.
