    Hailify Parcel stated that my package has been out for delivery for the past 4 days but not provide its location or any status updates in the last 4 days. They have not provided any responses or answers beyond automated messages. It's disheartening that this company continues to provide arguably the worst delivery services possible despite the plethora of horrific negative reviews.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hailify, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Hailify's "response team" just referred me back to their non-existent customer service department after I explained in my complaint that their customer service department is an answering machine message. For people choosing delivery services, go for more established shippers like **** ****, ****** or *** - avoid "budget" options that utilize absolutely deplorable companies like Hailify with "tracking" that has no updates for weeks on end. I would rather stick my head in an anthill than have do deal with a company like Hailify again.

    The order I placed at **** was being routed to Hailify to be delivered to my home after it arrived in the **. The order was marked delivered after 10am on 4/25 by Hailify. But after reviewing the security camera (I have a video but BBB only allows pictures so I took a screenshot), the delivery person from Hailify came by 10am and buzz my apt. I was not home, he took it back to his truck. He even took a pic of the package with the buzzer and marked it delivered. I really need the package urgently because of a party. They are not valuable stuff but I will not be able to reorder and get it timely. I need a manage to go look for my package and get it delivered asap.

    The most incompetent/**** delivery company I've ever seen. I have been ordering from **** for the longest, & getting my orders at the *********** where my box is. Temu switches from shipping with ************ to this thieving company Hailify. I learned from my post office that because Hailify does not have a contract with the *********** the deliveries will be rejected. I had already had about 4 orders processed for this address. I give Hailify an alternate address ahead of time to my work address, & out of 4-5 orders I have only received one. The young lady that delivered my package did not speak english, and attempted to give me a package for another address up the block from me. I happen to know the lady that this package was going to, and happen to see her outside of my building, and informed her that the lady was trying to leave a package with me for her. I have sent numerous complaints & updated information to this company, only to get automated email responses. Today, I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and clearly this company is using a call center overseas. He asked me for the tracking number, and proceeds to text me saying that the package is undeliverable and for me to put in a claim with Temu and hangs up the phone on me. So where did the contents of all my previous orders go. I file a claim for a refund or reshipment with Temu, and the courier keeps the contents of my "delivered orders". SCAM at it's finest. Temu is going to stop getting orders from me because of this. Why do I have to request a refund or a reshipment, why can't the company just work with the customer to deliver the package to corrected address?Also, the first package was "delivered" to me was on Monday, 3/24/2025 at 543 p.m. I go to the office, and no package anywhere, asked the security desk, he indicated that they don't hold packages for anyone. I asked Hailify where is the package, all they could say is that it was delivered. 3/27 same scenario at 12:17pm.

    I purchased an item through an Etsy shop (Etsy Order #**********) on January 31, 2025, and was expected to be delivered between February 13-February 21, 2025. ****** was responsible for completing the final delivery of the package. ****** was expected to deliver the package with tracking # ****************.I received notice the package was out for delivery on 2/14/2025 but the package was never delivered and the order status was not updated until 2/22/2025 at which time I was told, "I regret to inform you that we attempted the delivery and the driver was out to with the package to deliver it but due to unforeseen circumstances and a technical issue the driver was unable to complete the delivery as midway the car of the driver broke down." and was informed a new driver would be assigned to deliver the package but again the package was not delivered. I've attempted to contact the company through email and phone number using the information listed on their site but have received mostly automated messages apologizing for the delay in delivery and being sent links to track the package status which has not been updated since 2/22/2025. I was also given another email address,*************************************************** to file a claim. I emailed this address on 2/27/2025 and have not received an acknowledgment or response to my email.I am hoping someone can help in resolving this issue as Halify has not helped attempt to resolve this issue.

    Today (02/24/2025) 2 of my packages were marked as delivered by this company. Package #1 had a delivery proof 2 photos attached showing not only the wrong address but also the wrong package with a wrong name.Package #2 did display my lobby and as soon as I got a notification I went downstairs to pick it up (I was expecting it so I was working from home) * not even 3*5 mins later * the package was not there.I called customer service * and after ***** mins on hold and finally getting in touch with a rep * they refused to help stating that unless I can get video evidence that this happened * they won't call the delivery person even if they are still in my neighbourhood. So, the cover*up is real. I've contacted the seller, described the issue, provided photo evidence and received the refund. But I would not recommend dealing with this delivery company in any way. This is my latest issue with them, and not the only.

    I bought two dress from this company (through ********) and cannot get anyone to help with returns. The return site that they provide does not work. When you hit submit nothing goes through. I have been waiting for a live chat for some time now and no one is at the other end. I think this is a scam.They have a 14 day return policy but will not respond.

    I ordered ultrasonic devices to deter mice and insects. These items were never used, and I decided that I don't need them. I ordered these items from *******, who did not e-mail me an order number of their own. When I tried to return these items to *******, they couldn't take them because I did not have their order number. I subsequently sent two e-mails and made a phone call to Hailify's customer service. The e-mails were returned undeliverable, and Hailify never returned my voicemail. I am trying to obtain the ******* order number from Hailify, who must have it since they sent the items. My goal is to return these items, and collect my refund.

    Packaged shows delivered by hailify but no one even come up to my building, I check cameras and no one came to my building to deliver yet tracking number shows picture pm someone holding my package in the car and wall of my builDing. Delivery person stole my important package. Its outrageous.

    I received the package on December *******. I have sent several emails and text messages requesting a return label for a refund. I was told it could take up to one or two weeks. This is beyond the time range and no further response. The coat does not fit. No response from Yanwen, who I was told is the person that I should contact.

    I ordered something from Temu and the courier was by hailify. I get a message saying that the package was delivered and I picture was taken of not an apartment with a package but of someone house window. Now I have a ring camera on my door with an apartment number.
