    Please do not contact this company. They make deliveries from ******** to ************ for more than 2 weeks. Not a single link on their website is active. Their website states that they have a 24/7 customer support service. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks. She wrote and called . No one answered me. Maybe they don't know English? If you want, you can check my information yourself. I've been waiting for him since May 21st. Or read the reviews. I am shocked that large companies still use the services of these scammers, or just

    This courier service posts package deliveries and claim this is your address.When you try to call their corporate office in ********,they never answer nor return phone calls.Also very seldom do they answer to emails.I have had three packages from ************ that have not reached my address.Please be aware!I have little or no trust in Hailify.Unfortunately TEMU has not changed this logistics company yet but they are investigating.Almost forgot to warn buyers that Hailify will post a photo of a run down place and tell you that your package(s) have been delivered.Of course there is no building number in the photo.

    They steal packages. Never received my package. I have a ring camera and there's no proof of attempted delivery.

    BIG SCAM and thief.... I was supposed to have a package from TEMU and driver sent a fake picture my package from another building as prove of delivery and after investigated, he did not even delivered after taking picture he took the package back.... and the customer service never replied and respond to the phone number provided i called many times no answer PLEASE BEWARE they are thief

    If I could put zero stars, I would! I have been waiting for my package from Hailify to be delivered since 10/25/24. They never delivered the package, with numerous reasons as to why it wasnt being delivered, the driver couldnt find the location, being one of them. It went out 4 times and they did not contact me to be let in the building any of those times. I contacted them for an address to pick it up and they gave me the address but sent it back out for delivery the very next day, without it being delivered, AGAIN. Now, its being returned to sender, and I am without my glasses, due to their incompetence and lack of communication! Hailify is BY FAR the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with and I am extremely irritated. I have been emailing them constantly with most times, them ignoring my emails! I have the emails to prove these transactions. I am SO disgusted with their service!

    Bad delivery courier. I tracked my package and said it was delivered to my house but it never arrived. I checked my security cameras and they were never here. I called their phone number and someone informed me they would call me back to let me know the whereabouts of my package, but they never called.

    Drivers unprofessional and don't read labels on packages. Delivery was made to the wrong street and dispatch doesn't want to returne driver to redeliver to the right address.Label says house # E18 street, delivery was made same house# but E19 street. I ask to make redelivery but dispatch sent me link for trucking package with same pictures and hang out with out any apologies. I must leave my business and go to the address that i found on ****** map and found my shipment. Service unprofessional and horrible.

    This company will not deliver your packages at all. They lie about attempting delivery and will ignore calls and emails. If you see your package being handled by this company be prepared to not receive your items.

    I ordered items from TEMU and I have not received the items, I contacted them with the tracking number and no response, They have a bad reputation of not responding back. I just want my items i purchased.
