    This company I will never recommend to any one. The rates can charged to the customer or to the client which is us. We chose to give the charge to the customer which is 4 % of the amount swiped. So I have not been able to use the card because customer feel it is too high. Therefore I cancelled the account but I was not aware that they never cancelled my account and used North ************* as the services as well as Payment Hub to collect the payments. I spoke to both companies and they say they cannot cancel the account that it has to be Sekure Merchant Services that can only do that. They have taken over $2,000.00 out of my bank account and to this day I am still trying to cancel the account. They will not answer the phone and I have chatted on their site to no avail. I will never use another merchant service again.I have seen several reviews on other sites and they are in the same situation as I have been. Today I called and filed with the State of ***** Attorney General and someone I spoke to had the same situation with another Merchant Services that is a business owner. The Attorney General needs to check into their company and audit them as well as look into other complaints. Some of these names look fictitious but that is my opinion only until the attorney general investigates this. If I cannot resolve this I will have to hire an attorney to handle this account.

Regrettably, the letter was not signed, and upon further review, it appears that despite the equipment owed, you opted not to sign the letter, resulting in the account remaining active.     After reading ****************'s review from 11/30 i knew i had to say something. I had the same exact experience. I had never ever in my life felt so disrespected by a telephone agent. She (********) actually harassed me during the conversation by answering to my "i dont want to purchase anything, thank you", with "how do you know im selling you something", "if you knew i was selling you something, what am i selling? please explain?". In addition, the BLACKMAIL- "I will not be taking you off the call list"! for no reason. Also, it clear most of these positive reviews are fabricated.

    A big shout out to ***************************** @sekuremerchants.com for helping me set up our new Ingenico Desk **** terminal for **** Pizza Barn. I just love how she makes the effort to explain her point of view using less technical terms when speaking to me. I am a Filipino and not a tech savvy. She regularly follow up with me to ensure my terminal problem is solved. She shows a strong work ethic by consistently staying until all tasks are completed. Thank you so much, ********!     This company reached out to our business unsolicited from a local area code number. This company is based in ** and Ventura and is using remote US workers. The sales person asked about who has the authority to answer information about our merchant services. In the process, the sales person denied that they were selling a product or service but that were taking information as a broker for merchant services. A broker is providing a service. This information was relayed after I requested that our number be taken off their list. Again the sales person ignored my request. It took an additional 3 times for me to request that they take us off their list. In the process, he would ignore my request and try to pivot the conversation into what he was really trying to sell. The sales person refused to give me business contact information to take us off the list after denying that he could not do it himself. He said I could look up the information online myself. He said he could not provide me a supervisor or customer service contact because he works remotely. As of now, we have not been removed from their list which implies they will attempt to contact again. Sometimes a sales pitch doesnt work but it doesnt mean you can refuse to remove someone from the list. This is unethical and perhaps to most unprofessional interaction I have had with a sales rep. I want to be in contact with this companys lead customer service team. This is unacceptable.
