They are prompt to solve any issues our bussiness have with their equipment or procedures and will send out replacement equipment if needed immediately. 1 starThis company is predatory and obnoxious. For months they will call, sometimes daily, and ask to speak to the person in charge of our credit card payment processer. For MONTHS I have told them to send the information they are seeking in an email, yet they continue to call. We have had them hang up on us multiple times because we are not giving them what they want. It is no surprise they have had class-action lawsuits filed against them. They are harassing staff, exceptionally rude once they don't get what they want, and incessant. It is amazing they are allowed to even be in business. They continue to call from various local numbers, which cannot be called back. Do not provide this company with anything other than a dial tone.Sekure Payment Experts

5 starsI have been working with Sekure Payment Experts for over eight years now. I have absolutely NO complaints about their customer service or equipment. They are quick to solve any issues our stores have with their equipment and will send out replacement equipment if needed immediately. Today I spoke with ******* regarding closing an account and returning equipment to them. No problems - he will facilitate closing the account and send a shipping label so I can return their equipment. He verified for me which equipment to return so there will be no stray equipment to charge us for. I am grateful for the excellent customer service. ****** in *******, **Sekure Payment Experts

5 starsI want to report on my recent experience with *************************** of Sekure Merchants. I could not be happier with every detail of our interactions. I have been with Sekure Merchants for 7 years, and I cannot remember when the last time I had any issues but one recently came up. I needed to talk to someone about it. Chating, texting, or emails were not what was needed. Even with my busy schedule, she was persistent without being too aggressive, consistently reaching out to connect with me personally. She was professional, courteous, easy to communicate with, and, most importantly, she got the job done.Sekure Payment Experts
